“Cheap, friendly staff, clean and amazing breakfast.”
This hotel surprise me. The price is cheap for the location (for me it doesn't matter, we used only in the middle of a long drive), the cleanness is perfect, the breakfast for only 5 eur and ALL YOU CAN EAT with many things is PERFECT. The price is cheap for the location (for me it doesn't matter, we used only in the middle of a long drive), the cleanness is perfect, the breakfast for only 5 eur and ALL YOU CAN EAT with many things is PERFECT. The people was amazing and the room a little bit small, but for only one night is perfect. The TV is on a desk pointing to nowhere, you need to turn the tv, and the shower could be a problem, because the water goes out, not curtain or glass, but I am not going to clean it. If you are traveling with a car it could be a problem, for us was a quite difficult to find a parking place close to the hotel.

In Castellon for business for one week, this hotel was ideally placed - a short walk from the railway station in one direction and the old town centre in the other with a large park alongside ensuring tranquility. The staff on reception could not have been more helpful, the room - and the hotel in general - was ultra clean and the bed ensured a good night's sleep. Air conditioning was very welcome in view of the temperatures prevailing during my stay. A buffet breakfast was included in the price and was perfectly adequate, while the next door cafeteria served simple lunches and dinners at a reasonable price...once again with friendly and helpful staff. I was able to use the computer in the reception area for some of my work, which made life much easier. I would happily stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel which offers excellent value for money combined with a happy, friendly atmosphere.

“Overrated...”
We visited Castellon in April and stayed in Dona Lola which looked ok on Booking.com but in fact the hotel is definitely overrated - old and damaged Interiors, loose tiles on floors, not very clean, cleaners travelling by lift up and down, very poor breakfast...
