This was our 5th visit to this hotel and was a really enjoyable experience once again We contacted the hotel before arrival and they were able to.allocate a room of our choice. The rooms are generally very comfortable, serviced daily and always immaculately clean. There is a wide choice of food and always the option of meat or fish dish freshly cooked while you wait. A special mention for Avi who looks after the daily "entertainment/exercise" and is there to help you burn of a few calories

“Great, beautiful hotel with friendly personnel”

We stayed for two weeks and we enjoyed our stay very much. The personnel was super friendly and helpful and everything was kept absolutely clean. We stayed for two weeks and we enjoyed our stay very much. The personnel was super friendly and helpful and everything was kept absolutely clean. I especially liked the spa (thanks Mari Loli and colleagues) and the animation team (Claudia, Avi and their colleagues). The layout of the swimmingpool was kind of special vs what we were used in other hotels, but is was fine to cool down and swim along the stream circuit.

This is a very good hotel the staff are very friendly. we enjoyed the hotel very much. i feel there could be improvements, the food was virtually cold, in most restaurants the only one which it was not was the Asian where it was hot, the pools are far to cold to enjoy them. your smoking policies ar… more

This is a very good hotel the staff are very friendly. we enjoyed the hotel very much. i feel there could be improvements, the food was virtually cold, in most restaurants the only one which it was not was the Asian where it was hot, the pools are far to cold to enjoy them. your smoking policies are not being adhered to , people smoking everywhere. no one approaches them, the pool bar is the worst signs up saying that it is prohibited but it is not, your smoking area on the far side of the pool bar is insufficient as the wind blows the smoke into the pool bar and the entertainment area I feel this is not acceptable where there are children and vulnerable people, i feel the signs require updating to include vapes and electronic cigarettes, the hotel is very nice, but i have a lung condition i find the smoking is not acceptable for myself having to move away from people constantly on sunbeds in the entertainment areas, passive smoking for myself is not very good for my condition, even on occasions at the lobby bar, i do feel this needs improvement,

We booked this hotel after searching many hotels and we feel really disappointed overall. Check in was smooth and friendly and the cleanliness was good and the pool although cold was enjoyable. We booked this hotel after searching many hotels and we feel really disappointed overall. Check in was smooth and friendly and the cleanliness was good and the pool although cold was enjoyable. The real let down was the “sofa bed” which turned out to be a single chair bed. This was very uncomfortable and resulted in a bad weeks sleep. The restaurant was the real let down. We arrived every night and breakfast at opening time to be greeted with warm food at best and to be honest for a 5* hotel very poor choice. Fatty and undercooked chicken thighs, pigs trotter casserole and under cooked salmon. I have stayed at 4* hotels who offered better. I was going to mention this at check out but all the receptionist did was take the key cards and said good bye!
