The hotel was excellent, very clean and the beds so comfy. Wish I had got the name of the mattress. Was disappointed that there were no tea making facilities in room but not the end of the world. The buffet dining room was very busy and very noisy but had a good and varied selection. The staff were hardworking and friendly. I would definitely return if holidaying in the area in future.

Very clean hotel, the cleaners never stopped, all staff were friendly. Food did get a bit repetitive, but there was a good selection to choose from. Most of the guests were spanish (maybe a Spanish type Butlins to them) The quiet pool area was a bit of a let down, needed tidying up a bit. The main pool was better, had toilets, bar, music and a lot of seating area. Getting served at the bar sometimes took a while, they needed more staff. Snack bar only seemed to do paper bags of crisps and pots of icecream. The drink selection for all inclusive was great, and they were strong drinks. Not a lot to do in the area, so if you're looking for a quiet holiday lounging by the pool or on the beach this is for you. There's a fantastic tapas bar a few minutes walk away " F*cking Lord Johns" huge portions, super cheap and super tasty. Entertainment was great, they put in 100% effort every night. Great holiday.

“If you’re English read this before booking!”

We booked this holiday through Jet2 and were really excited to visit. Upon first arrival everything seemed very quiet, clean and fairly modern. Rooms are nice and large but there are only 5 double beds in the whole hotel and the twin beds can’t be fixed together so me and my wife constantly found ourselves falling through the gap. So if you pick a double room it’s likely you will have 2 single beds pushed together. Also if you get offered an upgrade upon arrival to a sea view room don’t do it it’s a con. It cost an extra £20 a night and it isn’t a sea view. We had a view of the neighbouring hotel and if you stuck your head off the balcony and looked left you could see a glimpse of the sea. We were slightly confused on the first day as we thought we had mistakenly booked a Spanish retirement home for a hotel. There must have been 200 Spanish couples over the age of 65 staying here and only 2 other families with children. We would get weird looks when with our baby boy almost as if we weren’t welcome here by a lot of the older spanish guests. It’s sold as a family resort and it felt anything but this. We later found out from a local British man that worked on the strip that during the months of April and May Spanish pensioners have paid holidays by the government. So they basically come and stay at these hotels even though they don’t really want to. I would say this should be mentioned on the website as it drastically affect the vibe of the hotel. This went on until 30th May. The day after this all changed. All of the old Spanish guests left and hundreds of Spanish families descended onto the hotel. There were security staff in the lobby telling you off for certain things. The spanish kids became lawless and just ran around all day whilst the adults smoked and drank at the bar. It became carnage. I would say the visitors are 95% Spanish so they seemed a lot more entitled than you as they are in their own country. The token system for the bar just didn’t work. Some bar staff would sometimes ask for a token and some wouldn’t which would cause a lot of arguments when they did ask for them and you didn’t have any. If you book all inclusive you shouldn’t be refused to be served a drink. The bar opens at 11am which is so late and it’s seems very understaffed. The restaurant is okay. Food is very Spanish orientated which we didn’t mind as we want to eat local cuisine. Again we found ourselves treated differently to the Spanish. There was 4 of us and if we sat on a table of 6 we would get asked to move where as there were numerous Spanish couples sat on a table of 6 and nothing was said. Snack bar isn’t great also. Location wise it’s perfect. It located on a mile long beach that is gorgeous. There is a cycle path that goes all the way along the coast and is amazing to walk/cycle. A lot of the restaurant shops seemed to have closed down (after Covid maybe) This hotel isn’t a bad hotel there are just lots of little things wrong that mount up. If you are a British family considering coming here I wouldn’t and would look elsewhere especially for the price.
