Would definitely stay here again and the price we paid per night was also great value. For a quieter nights sleep get a room not facing the road, We was on the road side but we did NOT have a problem with it.

First, this hotel is not in Los Alcazares. It is in a "suburb" (aka industrial wasteland area) called Torre Pacheco, and is miles from Los Alcazares, where we wanted to be. As a minor point, it is also not red, as pictured, it is bright pink, and the whole place looks really shabby (rubbish all over the car park) - until you walk inside, then what a different story. The lobby is all marble, glass and chrome with a spiral staircase and looks really upmarket, and the gardens and swimming pool looked lovely, but that's where the good news ends. There was barely a wifi signal anywhere (certainly not in our room), so we retreated to the lobby to try (unsuccessfully) to improve it and plan the next stage of our trip, and we were just met with a shrug when we commented on how bad it was. While we were there (in the lobby) we thought we'd have a drink from the little bar. The receptionist sat and watched us while we waited at the bar for ten minutes, hoping someone would arrive to serve us, and when we eventually asked him if we could get served we got another shrug and were told to go into the restaurant and find someone ourselves! The restaurant didn't open until 8.30pm, by which time we were starving, so we are in the first night - big mistake! It was all buffet-style, and even though we were through the doors like a pair of racehorses the moment it opened, the food was already cold, tough and unappetising. It was only the following day that we realised that there are actually several other eateries within walking distance, which probably explains why the restaurant was empty! Would never go back here again.
