Stayed here recently as followed my team on their pre season friendlies. The hotel was so clean and tidy and this was everywhere. Facilities were great externally too apart from I had no hot water in my room. The thing that really lets the hotel down was the staff. They were so not friendly. Barely a smile or a welcome. When they did speak they were rude and had an attitude. I ever overheard one of the ladies shouting at soke of the academy players for being on the restaurant. Great location for my trip and despite the staff being terrible I would come back. The hotel we also amazing got allergies and intolerances. I require a gluten free diet and the options I had were great. I even had my own beautiful warm bread and pain au chocolate.

we stayed here for 3 nights as part of a football tour at the arena down the road, nice and clean hotel, no complaints at all, very reparably priced drinks in the bar by the pool, room that i was in was nice and clean - towels changed everyday and beds also made up, can not comment on the spa facil… more

we stayed here for 3 nights as part of a football tour at the arena down the road, nice and clean hotel, no complaints at all, very reparably priced drinks in the bar by the pool, room that i was in was nice and clean - towels changed everyday and beds also made up, can not comment on the spa facilities as we did not use them, breakfast was the usual continental with fresh pancakes and eggs done 3 ways, had no complaints about the food or anything at all during the stay, all in all it was a very decent place to stay - 1 plus about the hotel is that its next door to the kebab pinatar, which is a must visit for anyone staying at the hotel, you will thank me later once you have tried the food there!!

“Definitely worth a stay -VFM !”

It was great value for money . The rooms were spotless and spacious. The food was buffet style but a great selection and fish was cooked freshly for you. Wine with all meals was a pleasant surprise. Access to the spa was great , the swimming pool in the hotel was good too. The minus’s were the rest… more

Access to the spa was great , the swimming pool in the hotel was good too. The minus’s were the restaurant was too much like a canteen and the sewage works were very close. But we had a great time . X

The sea water pools are large with great jets it’s 16 euro to use 11-2 pm it’s an extra 10 euro to use the sauna which we only discovered on arrival - having booked a massage treatment and the pool. The sea water pools are large with great jets it’s 16 euro to use 11-2 pm it’s an extra 10 euro to use the sauna which we only discovered on arrival - having booked a massage treatment and the pool. A suggestion would be to make the sauna a part of the deal when paying for a treatment . The massage was very dissapointing it’s a light touch Effleurage type massage . You are brought to a room told to lie face down and the therapist arrived , there is no introduction or questions asked about whether the pressure is ok . It felt very functional . We were shown the exit after , there was no information given about the relaxation room which has teas etc . There was no offer of water until we asked . The restaurant was closed with no available place for food or tea coffee . It was also stated it was not available in the hotel either It seems the best value way to use the spa is to combine with an overnight hotel stay where you have free access to the pool .

Lovely room with comfortable bed and good pillows. Very clean in all areas with daily housekeeping. Nice view to the sea but obstructed by the desalination plant across the road from some lower floor rooms so book a 4th floor sea view room. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Lovely room with comfortable bed and good pillows. Very clean in all areas with daily housekeeping. Nice view to the sea but obstructed by the desalination plant across the road from some lower floor rooms so book a 4th floor sea view room. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast OK but hot items not kept warm enough. Dinner buffet again not very hot and limited choice, not great value for 29€ a head unless you drink a lot of the included wine. Not much within easy walking distance, not the hotels fault but just fyi. On a fairly busy road so there is some traffic noise by the pool but not too bad. Can be a bit smelly in the outdoor areas which I believe is caused by the desalination plant across the road but again not too bad. Underground car parking is available for 5€ a day but there is ample free parking just across the road. Didn't use the spa but beware you have to buy and wear a hotel swimming cap and flip flops.
