“Chose this hotel for value and location to the beach.”
Arrived earlier than the 2pm stated on the booking. Staff couldn't have been friendlier and allowed us to check in early. This was great as it meant we could leave bags in the room. Arrived earlier than the 2pm stated on the booking. Staff couldn't have been friendlier and allowed us to check in early. This was great as it meant we could leave bags in the room. The lady on reception was very helpful and talked me through everything. The hotel was bright, airy and very clean. There is a lift, so don't worry if you have baggage. Key entry rooms, keypad inside the room to activate lights and air conditioning. The first thing that struck me again was the cleanliness, bathroom was exceptionally clean too. Beds felt like they had a memory foam matress, very comfortable. Good sized balcony with a sea view and pool view too. I went to the pool which was well maintained, clean and the water was an ideal temperature. Overall I would thoroughly recommend Hotel Playasol, I will be returning when I'm visiting Bolnuevo next from my property inland.

“Relaxing haven in Bol Nuevo”
Fab from start to finish - staff couldn't do enough for us and were very friendly. Would definitely stay again. Food was lovely - poolside dinner fab. All rooms overlook the pool and really spacious family rooms

We stayed here for two nights for a friends birthday, the hotel is not a bad size, the room we had was a good size, with air conditioning, safe, Tv, balcony etc. The service was very good and helpful. We stayed here for two nights for a friends birthday, the hotel is not a bad size, the room we had was a good size, with air conditioning, safe, Tv, balcony etc. The service was very good and helpful. The pool is great however not many sun beds - it’s about a 10-15 min walk to the beach. The breakfast continental and reasonable. Its was a good experience for the time we were there, the bed was comfortable and room clean - the shower was not that powerful but did the job, we have no complaints about the hotel overall a nice stay.

We stayed here because we were attending an event and didn't want to drive. Supposed to start with Cava and Canapes at 7:30. Never happened. Dinner at 8 - when we finally got a glass of Cava. Table service was average, and some of the vegetables served with my chicken were inedible. All in all, not… more

Table service was average, and some of the vegetables served with my chicken were inedible. All in all, not impressed. Room was a decent size, and clean. Had a nice patio space, but the doors wouldn't open so couldn't use it.
