On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.

Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Good food.”
A spanish restaurant with good food. The staff is very friendly but very busy. Our favorite is the lamb chops. The location is very nice. Right jo from the beach. Perfect for lunch. If you want to visit for dinner, book a table.

Location of the building is great, right on the beach of Mar Menor side of the strip, and 500 m away from the Mediterranean side. There is also a swimming pool if you can't pick between the two seas. La Manga is awesome place, very beautiful and it was great to have such nice and spacious balcony. Usually spending time in the room, instead of laying on the beach makes me feel like I am missing out, but it is different when you have a balcony like the ones in this building. Price of parking is not included, however there is a plenty of free parking space everywhere, including the market and restaurant next door. No wifi in the building, however you can get wifi at the office where you pick up your keys, and also available at one or two beaches.

The bath towels were limited as has only 1 set of towels, this is the only thing id say is the downfall. The reception staff where helpful and let us keep the room til 6pm on our departure day for 20 euros. Its about 5-10 mins walk to the strip. Will definatley stay here again.

We have just come back from a 4 night stay at the vistamar, my hubby and i found the hotel to be clean, our room was up graded from a studio to an appartment, i think it was just because there wernt many people staying in the hotel, we had great views of the sea this was mainly because the hotel is situated on a hill, the entrance is on floor 4, not really suitable for anyone with walking disabilities, did see someone in the hotel with a wheelchair and they had trouble getting in and out of the doors! no complaints really, we took extra hangers as advised, and they were definately needed, kitchen well equipped, we were 1/2 board, the food was fine, especially breakfaast, if you have young children, not sure, they may cater for seperately, if not there is not much choice for the younger pallet. I must stress we were ripped off by the taxi to the hotel from the airport, we were charged 30e, not the 21/22 it should of been, we live and learn. overall hotel in good position, 2 mins from nearest bus stop, 5 mins from beach,. dont book any excusrsions from the hotel, ther are plenty of places on the front you can book from at 1/4 of the price.
