Amazing Spanish all white fincas style complex with the most beautiful palm gardens situated on the Mediterranean shore end of La Manga strip (17 km ) The only one please in Spain that you can stay in traditional finca and see the sunrise on the Mediterranean Sea in the mornings and in the evenings see the sunset on Mar Manor. Absolutely breathtaking views The two Seas a literary 10 min walk apart and you can see them from the 3 floors fincas facing east- west’s . Mesmerising every time . This small paradise place of around 300 picturesque fincas and apartments is separate from the main road and the tall hotels around it by small streets and beautiful gardens of Palm trees . Very well maintained and secured with 3 coffee shops on side and Spanish restaurant too . There is plenty of parking everywhere around the finca buildings which are cleverly connected with small streets . It’s a complex with 3 pools for toddlers , children and adults . The pools are beautiful with palm trees around and green grass and are perfectly maintained . They are professionally guarded every day and the guards are very attractive:) It’s like spa resort pools not the concrete monstrosity like the most pools in La Manga ! The apartments are traditionally kept with Spanish wooden furniture which ads to its charm . Because it was originally build as exclusive club and sold as timeshares afterworlds every apartment has a little difference in the decor and some have air conditioning but some don’t . If you are visiting in the hot months make sure you book apartment or finca ( duplex ) with air conditioning or fan . The kitchen is fully equipped with extras like washing machine and microwave and all kind of utensils. The kitchen is very convenient and money saver for families with children. The lounge has small sofa bed which is good extra . The bathroom is big with shower or bath they are different in every apartment finca check your preferences before you book . The water pressure is fantastic and water heater works non stop . Beds are comfy with traditional cotton bedding and the cleaning standards are very high . The pillows are Spanish style and if you are not use to sleeping like that make your request in advance. They can accommodate extra pillows on request in advance. The internet is free and perfect everywhere inside very fast wi-fi for this area . The reception office operates every day and weekends but with the Spanish hours don’t forget the siesta and check in when they are open ! Half of the fincas have Mediterranean Sea view the other half pool view or garden view they are few apartments with a parking view and the price reflects that . The most expensive are with sea or pool view the cheaper are with limited views. Check your preferences before you book . The prices are reasonable and totally value for money! The complex is favoured with local families from Murcia and Spanish in generally prefer it to the big hotels because of the picturesque location on Mediterranean Sea . The complex is strictly kept quite with rules for different hours and restrictions on pool hours ( like most of complex accommodations in La Manga ) and nonsense in general are not aloud . That’s why is family’s and couples favourite place . Actually is very romantic place too . The bus satiation is near also pharmacy supermarket and few small shops . The centre of La Manga is 10 min drive Cabo de Palos 15 min but there is a connecting bridge for Tomás Maestre marina and you need to check the opening hours of the bridge if you don’t like to wait in traffic. The Murcia international airport is 40-50min drive on a direct highway recently build and very well connected with Mar Menor Costal and Cartagena and Murcia . Go enjoy have fun and make happy memories:)

I stayed with my family for a week in May. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment had a fully functioning kitchen with a microwave & washing machine. The only appliance it didnt have was an electric kettle which we knew about before we arrived and brought with us for boiling water for making babies bottles. The apartment was freshly painted and linen and towels were provided. Our views of the sea from our balcony were amazing and we were very happy to have chosen an apartment with a sea view and not a pool view. The only thing that was not supplied was sun loungers to sit on by the pool which we thought was very strange. It meant you had to buy these or lie on the grass areas which we did not want to do. We thought that there should be an option on the complex to rent these for the week or they should be supplied by the owner of the property whom we rented from through the agent at the club. We bought these chairs at a cost of €45 each, it sounds a lot but if your having a beach holiday you have a daily charge for sunbeds so on balance we didnt mind buying them, the only problem we had was, what do you do with them when you leave? As we felt the complex/apt owner should have supplied we didnt want to leave them for them! We had made friends and passed them on to them. We arrived late on a Sunday night and when we went to find shops open on the Monday morning we were told it was out of season and nothing opens on a Monday, and the supermarket would open in June !! However a friendly local showed us where we would find a small local shop which had everthing we needed, it was a little dearer than the big supermarket at the port but we were happy with the prices comparred to Ireland. We travelled by bus each evening to the port for restaurants, given it was out of season only a few were open but the food was good and very reasonably priced. There was a taxi rank at the port but no taxies available so we got the last bus home at 10pm each night, but again in high season there are plenty available. The area was beautiful and swimming in the Mar Menor was amazing it was much warmer and very safe. Because of the location a breeze blows and keeps you coolwhich was welcome. I would highly recommend this area but in high season, it was a little too quiet even at the pool, we had it to ourselves daily! Our overall experience was fantastic, the locals were friendly as most of the property is owned by Spanish people who use as holiday homes and come down for weekends holidays etc... Good reasonably priced food & drink, friendly locals, lovely apartment, amazing views, beautiful beaches, the only downside was no sunchairs.

We stayed here in a 2 bed apartment for a short break away. You will find the complex at the end of the la manga strip. Very easy to find just keep driving on the main road of strip of land it will take you 30mins from the start of the strip to get to the complex. We stayed here because compared to other places to stay on la manga this is definately the prettiest complex , low rise compared to all the domineering high rise apartment blocks on la manga . The apartment was well equipped there is a microwave ,cooker , fridge freezer , plenty of dishes to use but no kettle or toaster but you can use the oven grill to do this. The aprtment and grounds are very well cared for and clean. Ask for a sea view you wont be disappointed ,we had a lovely sea view you couldnt get much closer to the sea. There are 2 swimming pools and tennis court. There is a lovely cafe serving pastries , toasted sandwiches and ice creams near the reception and a few restaurants close by. The area is very quiet but you can swim in the mar menor on one side and on the other is the med. Just walk through the complex and theres a walkway nestled between the apartments you will see the seafront there are steps that lead down into the sea here. While staying at the apartments there is also free parking. The reception staff are lovely and very helpful. If you want a relaxing, peaceful quiet break away then you wont be disappointed.
