We have been coming to this fabulous hotel, since it very first opened sometimes twice a year. For us it is like visiting family, as soon as we arrive and enter the hotel, we are always made so welcome. Miquel the Manager, and every member of staff are amazing, they work so hard, to make sure you have, a fabulous holiday. We have made such good friends with the staff over the years, it is always sad for us when we leave. Honestly we can’t recommend this hotel enough, great restaurant, lobby bar, adult roof sunbathing with pools, and above all great staff, we have been to many many hotels over the years, and the staff here are simply the best. TUI Rep at hotel ( Spike ) great character so friendly and helpful. And if you need to know anything speak to Ferran, at the front desk, or Gemma, again they are so friendly and helpful. Adult roof area, Yesenia works so hard, always with a lovely smile at the bar. Restaurant Manager Jose Miquel, an absolute gentleman along with Fernando, and all the staff, who will cater for all your needs. Lobby bar, Angel, Ray,Juan,Jamie,Oroso, great cocktails, and first class service. Lobby bar area, the young ladies who walk around taking your drinks order again, do a fantastic job Joseph Luis, and his wife Diana, Do an amazing job, Joseph in the bars, and Diana in the restaurant they are simply amazing, they are like family to us, so so friendly, we have watched their lovely daughter Sophia growing up, lovely family. Juan Carlos, does a great job stopping people reserving the sunbeds to early with their towels. Mohamood, looks after the pool area every day, and does a great job keeping it so clean. Miquel Bosch Hotel manager, a true gentleman, we have became good friends over the years, always a fantastic warm welcome when we arrive, we have watched his family grow over the years. “A really lovely hotel”

My goodness, this really is a lovely hotel. Loads of people said it to us before we went and even at the airport, and it really is lovely! The pool and public areas are modern and spotless, everything feels a nice quality and the hotel has a relaxed vibe with guests from all over. We came in August and were worried about how busy it would feel - it never felt busy at all. The hotel have the best rules around the pool with no reserving of sunbeds with towels, no matter what time we appeared we managed to get the beds we needed and everyone was really considerate of one another which made a refreshing change. Pool bar drinks were fab as well, snack bar options from the lobby also good though a bit repetitive. We stayed all inclusive and did feel the staff hated us at points (we weren’t being greedy or rude, maybe they’re driven by tips) but the quality of food , drinks and ice creams made up for the grumpiness we did encounter (we also had some really lovely staff but it was inconsistent service). Entertainment around the pool, in the lobby and evening entertainment area were all good holiday acts and everyone clearly works very hard to put on a show. Dining room didn’t feel canteen like at all, range of food reflected size of the hotel but everything was delicious and we never got bored. Sweets and lollipops were a nice touch for the children. Location is brilliant, 10 minute walk down to the beach and next to a large supermarket and the bus station. Whole area is quiet despite being on the road. We took boat trips from the beach and took the local bus into Barcelona no trouble at all. Tossa itself is a wonderful town, wish we didn’t bother with all inclusive as we are out so often, so many bars, restaurants and boutiques. Because the lobby area is so lovely the room did feel disappointing when we first went in as it seemed dated. Having said that it was spotless, housekeeping were absolutely brilliant cleaning every day and the terrace was lovely. There is a fridge and kettle. On first day would have been lovely to have some water in the room as a welcome. We did find everywhere we went people were not so friendly when serving, don’t think it was anything personal to us from what we observed so may be a regional thing to expect! Overall this is a lovely hotel and we would 100% return, thank you to all the staff at a busy time! PS the area guides say Tossa is a sandy beach - it isn’t! It is a fantastic beach, safe for swimming and children but definitely no sand :-)

I wanted to take the time to write a review for this hotel because we have just got back from the most wonderful stay there. I went with my husband, 2 year old son, my mum and my siblings for a big family holiday. The hotel provided something for all of us: a beautiful pool area, spa, bar and evening entertainment for adults and then also a kids club, friendly reps, splash pool and mini disco for my son. The games they organised were also for all ages so we enjoyed playing with our son as well as other guests at the hotel. We went half board and there was a great range of food that we all I enjoyed. The staff were all so pleasant and friendly. The town, beach and castle of Tossa de Mar is also beautiful and easy to get around. The fish swim really close to the shore which was an added bonus for my son who loved seeing them in the water. Great hotel, great location!

“Great hotel in beautiful little Spanish town .”

Large hotel with something for everyone. Super friendly helpful staff, great breakfast and evening buffet, spotless everywhere and beautiful rooftop adults only area. Beautiful little old town to explore and bus depot on doorstep to take you further. Would definitely recommend.
