“Enjoyed our stay”
We have just returned from our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it! I’m a coeliac and they really looked after me! They went through my meal options and were very accommodating! The staff were lovely and helpful! We would stay again! The drink options were great and the food was amazing.

Great location, near to the city centre and the beach. The hotel was spacious and rooms and bathroom were clean. Every day cleaners were cleaning and supplying clean towels and a toilet paper. All staff very friendly. Nathalie, animator who spoke many languages was a great organiser of karaoke and different games for all guests. The manager of the hotel a very friendly person was all the time with guests checking if everything is fine. He communicated in many languages and took care of all guests all the time. There was a variety of delicious food all the time. Staff were also very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel. 😀👌😊👍😄 Couple from Room 208

Whilst we felt that we had an enjoyable holiday, our experience was unfortunately somewhat dampened at this hotel. Our main concern was the staff, we felt that a lot of them were extremely rude to us. We’re both 19, weren’t on a big boozy holiday, just wanted a nice relaxing break and we felt that because of our age we were seen as a nuisance to the staff. Alongside our age, we felt that we were seen as “less important” guests due to the fact that we were english, as did many other english-speaking guests that we spoke to. Upon our arrival, the receptionist, Raquel, was muttering something quite disrespectful in Spanish after serving another english-speaking guest, unknowing that i understand Spanish. Furthermore, the other young female receptionist, we didn’t catch her name, was incredibly rude to us throughout our entire stay. To begin with, when we asked out requesting the safety deposit box, we were told it would be a €20 deposit and €6 per day, which was no problem. However, the next day when we went to book the safety deposit box, she took a €30 deposit and a rental charge of €9 per day. We wanted to ensure that our things be safe, so we rented the deposit box with no issues. We also rented beach towels for €20 a piece, which again was fine, but we still were made to feel like a major inconvenience to the reception staff. Upon checking out, we went to retrieve our deposit, and the young male receptionist, who was lovely and one of the only nice member of staff working at this hotel, told us that the deposit was only €10 for the safety deposit box, so we were left very confused as to why we were charged so over the top for this. This really dampened our holiday that we were out of pocket from this. I want to mention that not all the staff were awful, there were a select few that were lovely to us. The young gentleman on reception was lovely as mentioned, the tall blonde maître d' was lovely and always happy to help, even going round and checking tables in the reception area/ lobby that people were enjoying their holiday. He was great and should be recognised as such. Finally, the older lady working the bar was so pleasant. The hotel itself was great, the rooms were spacious, the bathroom was immaculate, and the hotel cleaners were always visible and keeping the hotel clean. The pool was great and there were plenty of sun beds. The location was also great and everywhere was walkable. All in all this was a lovely hotel, it’s just such a shame that the staff didn’t reflect this. I think that a lot of the staff need a serious talking to or seminar in customer service, as we found this appalling.
