“Fantastic holiday & hotel. Holiday was over too quickly.”
My experience at the excelsior hotel was outstanding. Everybody at the hotel gave excellent service & feel I have made more new friends with all the staff. My experience at the excelsior hotel was outstanding. Everybody at the hotel gave excellent service & feel I have made more new friends with all the staff. I can only say, that I am really looking forward to going back to Lloret de Mar & staying at the Excelsior hotel next year, & for many years to come. I did tell Miguel, I thought the hotel desrved 50,000 stars due to how I felt about the cleanliness & the staff as a whole. Really great value for money. I would have expected to pay much more for such fantastic service. If there was a problem, the staff were always there to sort it out. Can not praise the whol;e staff enough. I love them all.

“Great location & Great value”
Very good location and excellent value for solo traveller. Bus station about 10 minutes round the corner that took me to Barcelona and back. Wifi was very fast as well having tested the speeds around 60-70Mbps. Room cleaned and changed everyday.

Fantastic stay for a friends hen do. The rooms were spacious with a decent sized balcony and incredible sea views. The shower cubicle was small but absolutely fine. Fantastic stay for a friends hen do. The rooms were spacious with a decent sized balcony and incredible sea views. The shower cubicle was small but absolutely fine. The hairdryer was rubbish but it’s good that they had one. The room was cleaned every day but I felt like the cleaning was the only let down. The extractor fan in our bathroom was filthy and they never cleaned the bit behind the bathroom door. We used the roof top spa area. There’s a Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym area and roof top terrace area which was lovely but get very dated and again needed a clean. Staff at reception were helpful and the location of the hotel was perfect.
