“Melia”
Amazing trip, and amazing treatments in the spa by Monica and Suzanna, top service, very relaxing 1st class massages! Would definitely recommend, we also used the spa itself, loved that too!! Would definitely go again, Hotel itself is lovely too, so clean with lovely decor!

Fantastic quality hotel. We booked a sea view level room with half board. First and foremost all the staff were welcoming , friendly and helpful - a real asset to Melia. Fantastic quality hotel. We booked a sea view level room with half board. First and foremost all the staff were welcoming , friendly and helpful - a real asset to Melia. The room was spacious with a huge comfortable bed . The hotel has a calming sophisticated atmosphere and is spotlessly clean . The food was varied with plenty of choice, we are vegetarian/pescatarian - the chefs were happy to answer any questions & explain the dishes. Restaurant staff provided great customer service. Disappointed that the swimming pool was closed - it was the middle of October but the sun was shining and we observed that pools were still open and being enjoyed in neighbouring hotels . We would absolutely return to this hotel as we had lovely relaxing holiday . Many thanks to the staff in the Level lounge as your professional & welcoming approach to customer service really makes a difference.

Hotel as been refitted out rooms are large and clean the inside of the hotel looks amazing but the garden area and four poster bed area is run down and needs attention the food was not even warm I reported this to the restaurant manager as did other people but nothing was done about it it's about 3… more
Hotel as been refitted out rooms are large and clean the inside of the hotel looks amazing but the garden area and four poster bed area is run down and needs attention the food was not even warm I reported this to the restaurant manager as did other people but nothing was done about it it's about 30 minutes to walk to the beach I would say this is no more than a low 4 star unless you up grade to the number one rooms
