“Family Holiday in Tossa De Mar”

We visited Medplaya Hotel Sant Eloi in September with family and very pleased, staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for family holiday, lots of entertainment for kids during the day in the hotel such as painting, stage acting, quizes and swimming pool, disco. In the evening entertainment for whole family at the bar: games, bingo. Food is very delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner is different every day. Only 5 mins drive away from Tossa De Mar with shuttle bus running all day. Tossa De Mar is beatiful town with clean beaches, great views. Highly recommend this hotel.

We were happy with our stay at the Sant Eloi. The apartment was tired but we chose the cheapest holiday we could get so it lived above expectations. We were happy with our stay at the Sant Eloi. The apartment was tired but we chose the cheapest holiday we could get so it lived above expectations. It was very spacious for the two of us and well enough equipped considering we were half board. Fridge, kettle, microwave and hob. Bathroom was good with a bidet and the best shower pressure ever. The food was good and warm enough with adequate choice for both adults and children. The hotel is quite far from the centre of Tossa and is quite a walk, it took us 30 mins to reach the bus station and we are fast walkers. We walked more leisurely fro the beach and it took 45 -50 mins. There is a shuttle that we found always ran to the times advertised which is in the photos. It is 2 euros each way per person and tickets are purchased from reception. For any walkers the hotel is a perfect fit for walks straight from the hotel. We didn't stay at the bar any nights but there was entertainment which is catered toward the Spanish. They did have bingo one night that was also in English. Singers and Karaoke was other things as we could hear from the balcony. We found all the staff were helpful and pleasant. Overall we think we had very good value for money. If you want luxury you must pay for it.
