“Decent enough”
Hotel room is clean and beds are comfy, walls a bit thin and you can hear everything from other rooms. Food was good but choice limited, indoor pool was amazing and we had a blast in there. Staff really kind and helpful. Location is good as well just a short walk away from lots to do.

“Very disappointed for a 4 star hotel”
Very disappointed. When booking the Holiday I was advised that air conditioning would be available however the Hotel decided to switch it off at the beginning of October which left our room too hot to sleep in and despite my objections they would not change on the basis that it cools down a lot in… more
Very disappointed. When booking the Holiday I was advised that air conditioning would be available however the Hotel decided to switch it off at the beginning of October which left our room too hot to sleep in and despite my objections they would not change on the basis that it cools down a lot in October (26 degrees?) The breakfast was well below expectations for a 4 star Hotel . The Hot food on offer was cold (Sausage ,baked beans ,Black pudding not fully cooked )and we had to go out for breakfast to local restaurants Rooms were very basic and in need of decoration and no fridge (which I had to hire and pay for ) I have stayed in many 4 star hotels who provide this .Also no tea of coffee facilities in the room .No table in balcony . This Hotel should not be rated 4 star as they are not providing the same level of service in comparison to many 4 star hotels I have been in.
