“Very good hotel!”
The Hotel is beatiful and very friendly! The room was very big and with sea view, the breakfast was great! The staff at the pool bar was very friendly and attentive,,, Louisa, Lola, Isabell are the best!! We will definetely be ack in the future!

The hotel rooms are a bit dated but very big, clean and beds are comfortable. Hotel staff very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Very helpful receptionists. The hotel location is very good, great views, a bus stop just behind the hotel, frequent buses into Barcelona. The pool is great, the beach can be easily accessed by a lift in the neighbouring hotel. Food is of a great variety and high quality.

“Pleasantly surprised”
+ Amazing value for money. Beautiful pool area. Great views. Staff absolutely lovely. Cheap drink prices. Good wifi. Solo female and I felt very safe. - Room was dated. Food okay, nothing special. Lloret de Mar is very Tenerife-y and full of brits.

Beautiful property with gorgeous views. I found most of my stay was lovely my only small negatives would be the staff isn’t very friendly (not rude just not welcoming). Beautiful property with gorgeous views. I found most of my stay was lovely my only small negatives would be the staff isn’t very friendly (not rude just not welcoming). The receptionist gave us no instructions on where to find breakfast or anything in the hotel so we nearly missed breakfast our first morning trying to find it. the bath tub was not cleaned, we found hair in the drain from a previous person staying in that room. We were left to clean the hair out ourselves. Disgusting, my biggest fear when staying in a hotel is that it isn’t cleaned and sanitised properly. Roger de Flor is the first hotel that has brought that fear to life! The fridge in the room was warm so our food & drinks were never cold. For the amount of money we paid I do expect to not have these complaints.
