On our last day of a weeks stay here, obviously I can only comment on our room 214 on 2nd floor, home tomorrow. Hotel fabulous, staff friendly, wonderful breakfast, spotlessly clean throughout, no idea how some people can say otherwise! Located in the main strip which makes it noisy at night however, it is a Spanish party area so the hotel has no power over that aspect. If I had to find something to complain about I asked for a double bed but as most places you get 2 singles pushed together which in my opinion should be linked together to stop them sliding apart, but if that's my only complaint then the hotel is a must. Room cleaning and towel changing daily. Probably one of the best if not the best we've stayed in. Had a buffet dinner here one night, again pretty faultless. Central hotel to all cafes bars etc and 5 minute walk to the beach. Bus stops outside hotel. If you're going to Lloret, book the Helios.

“Very nice”

Clean rooms and nice people. Great spa & pool. It wasn't too busy in september. The streets were very busy and noisy at night but that is to be expected. The receptionists were very able to speak multiple languages and had the patience to sit through everyone's bullsh*t

Just back from a superb week in this great Hotel, exceptionally clean and very very comfortable beds and pillows. On arrival Greeted with a complementary bottle of fizz on ice in our room. A fridge that was really cold for our wine and beers. All the staff, especially on Reception are so very smiley, helpful and so friendly. Breakfast was great everything you’d want and more. An egg station for all your fresh toasties and omelettes. Coffee gorgeous. Microwave too. The pool was usually quiet no issues re sun beds although the water was icy cold. Room at night could be slightly noisy but didn’t effect us..you are in Lloret. Such a fantastic value for money hotel. Absolutely Can’t wait to go back. 10/10.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Hotel Helios ,Lloret. So this is a true account of our stay. Arrived approx 3pm Sat 29/09. Check in from 3pm so worked well. 2 ladies on reception,excellent with doing the check in efficiently & promptly. Both ladies smiling with a lovely friendly attitude from the off 10/10. Meals are buffet style with a small staircase down into the restaurant,easy to negotiate and a starlit for anyone with mobility issues. The Breakfast was your usual hot/cold offering with a wide range of choice. Breakfast was of a good standard and always plenty of tables and was never so busy you ended up dodging and jumping to avoid other people. Evening meal was of an average to good standard again plenty of choice although some dishes were not for me but that's personal preference, You can always, fill up soup bread and things you like. Sweet range very extensive to inc fresh fruit ,cakes etc,an all round big variety to try. Staff in restaurant,happy,friendly and very efficent Plates quickly clearer from tables. Special mention to katolina(I think her name was)always smiling,chatty & friendly.overall 8/10 Rooms are spacious ,modern and very clean. Daily housemade,nice balcony to sit on. Usual stuff in room TV,fridge very clean Overall 9/10 In summary really enjoyed our 3ght night break,location excellent,can get bit noisy at night but hang on your on holiday what do you expect church mice. Overview This is a lovely hotel,excellent friendly staff,very clean rooms,must mention the cleaning team who do an outstanding job at all times of the day. Food fair-good you won't go hungry,bar area immaculate loads of space,great range of drinks at reasonable prices. Swimming pool is undercover,the water temp was pretty cold but hey ho that's the way it is. Only downside is the covered roof which made me feel bit claustrophobic with no breeze or fresh air so tended to sit outside the bar on the patio area. Excellent value for money little tip book direct with hotelier it is normally cheaper. I do recommend Hotel Helios for a short break 3-6 nights. 10 minute walk to beach and 10 mins to Bus station which has buses to Tossa & Blanes.
