When we arrived we got the room late and also we were not happy with the cleanliness of the room. We informed the front desk and they quickly apologized and rushed to get our room cleaned. So it gave us much happiness to see they acknowledged their mistake and took great pains to make us comfortable. Amartya and Shrusti at the reception were extremely helpful and Arijeet and Bernali at the restaurant were very warm and courteous in their service. We were very happy with our subsequent stay. The next day we were changed to a better room and also were served complimentary dinner. Much impressed with the service. Will want to come again.

It took me almost a year but I’m finally ready to leave the review. The hotel itself is a really nice place - convenient location (3 minutes walk from the beach), tasty and various food, very polite staff at the restaurant and reception. Especially the girl named Marta - she was very helpful and always friendly. Unfortunately didn't get time to check SPA, but the room was very nice and tidy and quite roomy. But there is one huge BUT - the management. I guess it was the manager, who treated us horribly. There was a problem with our flight and we came one day later, but we prepaid for the first night including dinner. As we arrived later, we asked if we could move our unused dinner to the lunch for the next day as we knew that there were no problems with switching meals at this hotel. But this Spanish woman was awful. She was very angrily explaining to us, that it is not possible, that the agency didn't warn them about our delay and our reservation was marked as a now show. I'm familiar with the work at the hotel and know what it means, and we still paid for the first night. I was too tired from all this delays and agreed to that. But then she demanded that we have to pay the tourism fee for the first night! So we don’t deserve food, but have to pay fee?! Seriously?! I know it just 2 euros, but still. This whole treatment was terrible. I hope that the management will read this and know how it is necessary to treat your guests with respect and understanding. Especially when it all comes from higher personnel. Overall I do recommend to stay in this hotel and hope, that you won’t meet the same treatment as I did.

So we stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. We just had a standard room, nothing to complain about, very comfortable bed, balcony etc all you want. But at somepoints during booking sea views were discussed, which is false, TV had no english channels but you don’t go on holiday to watch TV. Location was good, the quieter part of Llorelt de mar so you could sleep but still an easy walk to the beach and bars etc. Staff were friendly, helpful and the bar is reasonably priced. The outside pool was fine but looked a lot bigger on the website. The spa comes at an additional cost of €10 for 1 day or €20 for 3. The spa was nice enough but was just an indoor pool, jacuzzi and a sauna +turkish bath, so spa is pushing it a bit, and some of the equipment looked VERY dated, but still nice. The food on the other hand... Do not pay extra to eat there especially in the evening. We went half board because it was so cheap and we soon found out why. We were the only people in the whole building to be down there every time we went there out of the 45+ rooms in the building. On a more positive note the room is fitted with free air con which is such a positive in this sort of resort. Overall, a decent stay in a comfortable, yet dated hotel. Can’t complain because the price reflects the quality. Would stay here again if i got it for a cheap deal again.
