“Amazing hotel!”

We stayed in this hotel in September for 4 days and we absolutely loved it. The hotel is so beautiful and big with lots of pools, sunbeds so no need to run to get one. It was always kept so clean and my nephew loved the slides. The rooms were very modern and spacious - lovely cleaners made the room look spotless everyday. The location is really good with walking distances to the beach and around 15min walk to the towns center! I would recommend this hotel to everyone, and I will definitely go back again!

Arrived home today after a fantastic week in costa encantada , Rooms We stayed in a garden view suite newly renovated it was perfect for our family of five ,very comfortable beds small area with table kettle mini fridge and microwave ,huge balcony .it was cleaned daily lots of towels , Pool Our three boys aged 6 12 and really enjoyed the pools,the slides and indoor pool lifeguards were on duty daily. We had drinks and pizza at pool bar which were very good , Food We originally had booked breakfast only but decided to go full board on the second day as the food was tasty with a great selection for all of us. Variety of meats salads,pasta potatoes /chips fish bread and deserts. Staff I found Staff to be very friendly and helpful especially Gail on reception who was especially helpful also a blond lady who I can't remember her name. Area We went to the beach most mornings about 1k from hotel an enjoyable walk with the usual holiday shops on way .we also went to magic Park and go karting which boys really enjoyed. I can't comment on entertainment as we were exhausted most nights happy to relax in the peaceful room.we will definitely return after reading some reviews I was hesitant on booking but so glad I I did.

“Child focussed”

Totally child focussed, which for us was a shame, but YMMV. Would have been nice to have some time to use the indoor pool without screaming children. Totally child focussed, which for us was a shame, but YMMV. Would have been nice to have some time to use the indoor pool without screaming children. Rooms were large and clean, but not well stocked as an apartment (no bottle opener was an obvious problem). Most staff very helpful, but restaurant staff have a problem with time (especially opening time for breakfast). Location was okay about 10 mins walk from local beach and 20 mins walk to Lloret centre / beach. Several supermarkets or restaurants within walking distance.

So. Where to begin... Good points: - Sizeable pool - Plenty of sun beds (but the weather was rubbish, maybe different in summer). - Clean-(ish) - Friendly staff - Breakfast food half decent, enough selection to find something you will. Same for dinner & tea. We stayed half board so swapped between the two as & when - Pool bar service was sloooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow. Very slow. I saw people just walking away after waiting so long. Bad points: - Bedding doesn't seem to get changed. Room cleaned, yes. Tidied & bed made, yes. But, we got a bit of ketchup on the sheets on the 4th day. That ketchup was still there on the last day, not sure why the bedding wasn't ever changed? - Entertainment seemed alright enough but my little girl wasn't a fan & the kids club was very basic. Some of the games were dirty & worn out. - Very little amenities in the room; no tea spoon, bottle opener etc. - Now for the noise. I know it's a kids hotel & kids are noisy, but 6 out of 7 nights we were woken or kept awake by people upstairs, whom of which, i still cannot think of what activity they could have been be doing to make so much noise for so long, nearly every night. I went to reception one night at around 1am to report it, it didn't stop immediately & the following nights it was worse so i had to sleep with my headphones on! Whilst going down to reception that night, there was 5/6 teenagers sat on the steps "chillin" as if it was a local park or derelict building listing to music on their phones. How is this acceptable? If it wasn't the 3rd floor MMA waking us up, on numerous occasions, we were woken by the sound of kids and adults alike using the corridor as a sprinting track. The noise was so loud in the rooms. Ultimately, i came back off holiday absolutely knackered. I've been to Benidorm, Magaluf, Bulgaria, Ibiza; I've never experienced a more noisy hotel in all my years. In my eyes this is unacceptable. There's enough security knocking about to do a clean sweep of the hotel to make sure this kind of thing isn't happening. I'm just glad we weren't in the other blocks as that sounded even worse with the music & feral teenagers running about. We didn't let any of this spoil our holiday but ultimately we won't be back to the hotel or Lloret.
