The hotel staff were friendly and the communal areas were great. The children loved the pools and slides. Food was great, although limited options for vegetarians. I had salad most nights. The room was cleaned daily. Our room (315) was very small with two large beds. I had travelled with my sister in law and two nephews and had to share a bed with my nephew. We had paid extra for a pool or sea view, and our room was facing the pool bar - couldnt really see the pool and no sea view. The noise at night was very loud from the bar and the neighbours, we asked to move and were advised that the noisy neighbours were checking out that day. They did and were replaced by other noisy neighbours. The music was very loud at night until 11/11:30 from the bar, probably would be much quieter a bit further away.

I’ll start with the good stuff! Hotel is clean and well kept on the whole, rooms are fine (depending on your expectation level). Myself and family had a non superior which was on the back (distant sea view) but quiet. Other half of our group had a superior room looking onto the pool but it did get loud at night (of course I made sure to remind them they’d paid extra for this at every opportunity 😂). Pool areas were good with the top end being seemingly newly built with slides of which none of our kids would go on 😒 Bigger pool for the grown ups was pretty small and the lifeguard was pretty strict depending on which way the wind was blowing, but it was still nice. The food was a buffet with some items cooked fresh for you. For me there was plenty of selection depending how adventurous your feeling (octopus was on one night) and there was always something for the kids but again it depends on how fussy your kids are, was always chips and nuggets and pizza at minimum for them. Location was brilliant, within what I’d class as the old town and within 2 minutes out of the hotel door you’d be on a long strip of little shops and bars and the beach a further 50 yards down, couldn’t of been more perfect. The negatives. The pool bar (for food) when ran by a certain member of staff is almost unusable, he genuinly seems like a lovely lad, but he’s incompetent at what he does, doesn’t write orders down, won’t put them on, get them wrong, just basic stuff which just seemed common sense when only serving 3 or 4 items! However the burgers if you could ever get one were quality! Bar staff were just hit and miss, one in particular Hector is generally pretty rude if I’m being honest and I’m naming him because unlike the pool bar guy who’s just pretty useless, Hector can just be pretty nasty and unwelcoming, at least my pool bar guy would take my order with a smile and joke and then just not do it lol. The other bar staff were friendlier but the customer was defo not their priority, unless they weren’t all inclusive in which case they’d be on it. An example being they’d be stood around watching videos on their phones as a queue would form for the all inclusive. Staff in the restaurant were really friendly, need to get some of those across onto the bar. I’ve given a 4* but if it wasn’t for a handful of staff and their behaviour it would of been a 5 all day long

Amazing hotel, very clean room with balcony. All inclusive was brill option. Lovely staff from cleaning ladies, bar and restaurant staff to helpfull reception ladies (helping even with doctors appointment!). Amazing experience! Very close to the beach, local shops etc. Worth every penny. Deliciou... more

Amazing hotel, very clean room with balcony. All inclusive was brill option. Lovely staff from cleaning ladies, bar and restaurant staff to helpfull reception ladies (helping even with doctors appointment!). Amazing experience! Very close to the beach, local shops etc. Worth every penny. Delicious food with many options, so everybody will find something for themselves. Just some waiting staff moody😂 Hope we'll be coming back
