L’Estartit is located on the Costa Brava and belongs to the Torroella de Montgri town council. In the nearby mountains there is the Montgri Castle, built in the XIII century, and the surroundings are beautiful; having the river “Rio Ter” running through them, there are reservoirs and the islands - “Islas Medes” are near to the beach. The Islas Medes are the only islands along the Catalan coast and are world famous and many divers come to enjoy the underwater life of this area; taking photos of the beauty that is hidden under the water.

“Great laid back holiday”
Very nice apartments with a nice pool for the complex. Very clean and in a quiet area but close to all amenities. Left to yourself once booked in which is what we like. Very laid back holiday. Very nice apartments with a nice pool for the complex. Very clean and in a quiet area but close to all amenities. Left to yourself once booked in which is what we like. Very laid back holiday. Lovely holiday town loads to do in the area. Nice balcony in the apartment overlooking the pool which is very popular most of the day but not too packed. Very enjoyable stay. And by the way toilet rolls are provided ! As was everything else you could possibly need including towels. Great holiday.

We arrived a little later than the normal checkin time but the staff were helpful and accomodating - giving us some local information and advising we'd been put in a room to maximise the view instead of pool vicinity (perfect!). The room was clean and VERY big, with a great powerful shower. There was a cleaning pack left on the stove too - which was really handy as it saved us having to buy washing up liquid for just 2 nights. The only thing it could have done with was a kettle and iron, but we managed OK by boiling water in a pan and ironing with hair straighteners! It's about 5 minutes walk from 2 separate supermarkets, and about the same to the beach. Our room overlooked a local park which was very quiet, and hills to the other side. There is no parking for the apartments, but street parking is available and the area seems very safe. Free Wifi throughout had great speeds. Balcony was a good size for sitting having a drink or lunch, but didn't get sun until mid-late afternoon due to our position.

We have been to these apartments many times but we were very impressed on last visit as they had been refurbished. We have been to these apartments many times but we were very impressed on last visit as they had been refurbished. Same furniture but new mattresses, electric hobs and air con/hot air units.we had 2 apartments on ground floor and were amazed by size of patio balconies, they were huge and so safe for the younger children. The pool area is cleaned every morning and well stocked with sun loungers. In reception Raquel and Lucy are so pleasant and helpful it is a pleasure to come and stay in these apartments. Can't wait to return!!

“5min walk to the beach...”
Large 1bdrm apartment, very comfy, with balcony and the pool view. Nice to sit in the evenings with a glass of wine and watch the sunset, just perfect. Quick check in and out.
