We arrived Boxing Day with Jet2 which was faultless and issue free. We were second drop off which was aprox 50 mins total. Check in was easy and room was ready at 13:00. All was explained ref food, entertainment and other activities on the complex. Buggy whisked us off to the room and gent popped bags in room. Tip was never expected but was greatly appreciated. Off we went after swiftly unpacked and off to explore. 1st port of call was the bar where i was surprised to see Guinness, Paulanier and Cruz Campo Grand reserve. On the draught. Other bars had Cider. Ill add now that we upgraded to All inclusive Plus which gave us the Premium restaurants and the other themed ones. Food was fine as wife is a vegetarian but had no issues with something to eat. Our 8 year old also no worries. The complex is big but easy to navigate and the staff are friendly including the reception team whom are happy to help with any issue. Reading back, they are never going to get it right 1st time as their are 100s of guests in and out daily, just show them respect and talk to them how you wish back and youll have no worries. We had a Lion Heart Premium Lodge with a hot tub which was great. Couple issues but all sorted fast. Lodge was clean, maintained well and no signs of wear. Stocked bar daily with a kettle and fridge. Small shop on site which as normal overpriced and sold tat. If you walk out the main gate turn right their are shops and a supermarket within 15 mins walk, another 5 and your at Albir beach. 8 Euro back in a taxi. Pool was great fun but cold as expected, slides were open every day and plenty of people used it (including me and son) You can use the Spa as low season with kids, but have to book. Entertainment was a mix for all and some professional acts. Security were everywhere of an evening and patrolling after dark. Overall we had a great time and would return should the price be good. This place won't suit everyone and that was evident from the moaners that picked up on every small detail. Its a vast complex with 100s of Lodges, bars, restaurants and clubs. Its getting tired to the end of the season and the paint brushes were already out. Have a great time and enjoy every minute of your break, we did. .

“Christmas break in the sun”

Ill give an honest review of the hotel and cover as much a as possible. We arrived Boxing Day with Jet2 which was faultless and issue free. We were second drop off which was aprox 50 mins total.
