I would like to thank Juan Rivero (el Metre) y José Luis (2 Metre) for there excellent service, in the restaurant. I always come with groups of 50 pensjonist..during October and February, and they always meet us with s smile and a lot of pasians... Its a plecior meeting them every time. Their staff and the chefs in the kitchen are also fabulous....and they have Very good food with a lot of variations.... There are also 2 fantastic guis in the reception that always have s smile in their face.....thanks a lot . Looking forward to seeing y all again ... Guid Nina Victoria, for Dag Aasbø travel.

Have stayed at this Hotel before and was not disappointed with my recent stay. Greeted with a smile on arrival and request for room with walk-in shower granted straight away with the explanation that it was at the rear of the Hotel and no sea view which was fine by me. Room clean and plenty of space and comfortable bed. All inclusive meals were fine, plenty of choice but not always hot which is the way it is in Spain. Plenty of drinks options, the only down side being the coffee. Entertainment not as good as b efore. Plenty of sun beds available on the roof and pool always quiet. Would certainly recommend.

We were told that the occupants of our room left 10 minutes ago, but the room was not yet ready. They added that we … more

Unfortunately we had a negative check-in experience, which made our complete stay a little "bitter". After airport transfer, we arrived at the hotel just before 10:00 in the morning. We were told that the occupants of our room left 10 minutes ago, but the room was not yet ready. They added that we can come back at about 11:30, it may be ready then. We came back at 12:30, “our specific” room was still not ready. They added that the normal check-in time is at least 13:30. After we asked for a solution, they provided us a card, so that we can use the dressing room of the swimming pool. Also important to mention: At 12:30, the other couple who arrived with the same transfer bus were able to check-in to their rooms. We saw this when we coincided at the reception. We've made the booking on TUI as a package (flight&transfer&hotel), so our arrival time should be known. In addition, TUI does not mention any “earliest check-in time” on the travel documents. It is so normal to expect an early check-in, some better planning to make the rooms available as early as possible, or at least more friendly and helpful staff. They didn't even bother to find a solution until we were angry with the situation. Other than this problem, the hotel was mostly OK. Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel is located right at the seafront and it is very convenient to spend you time at the beach (pebbles, not sand). Keep in mind that the swimming pool was small & sunbeds are limited.

“A reasonable hotel.”

A reasonable hotel with large bedrooms. Unfortunately our room no 124 was in a dark corner near the lift. Not exactly the partial sea view we expected. Food of a good quality. There were very spacious communal areas including the dining room. Good position next to the beach.

In a nice location and reception staff very helpful. Very clean hotel, but dated. Food lets it down, we cancelled meals other than breakfast because of poor quality and everything is cold.
