“Relaxing hotel in a beautiful location”

I visted as a solo traveller. I would say that this not your usual Tui holiday hotel experience. It is partly for that reason, I really enjoyed my holiday here. This hotel does cater mainly for the Spanish, but if they choose to holiday here and in Albir, it must be for a good reason? Probably best visited as a couple or a solo traveller. That said, there is much available for older children to keep them entertained. The food was beautiful and varied each night. Much more selection than just fish. There was lamb, pork, chicken, pizza, paella on offer each day. The salads were varied and fantastic. Breakfast included a selection of cereal, fried breakfast, continental, with drinks included. The rooftop terrace is perfect for relaxing in the sun and enjoying a dip in the pool. Rarely were all the sunbeds taken and rarely was there a queue to reserve a spot on a sunbed. The beach is outstanding. €6.50 for a sunbed, if you want a parasol add another €6.50, all day 0900-1900. The water is great for bathing in. Some afternoons it can get choppy, best to visit in the morning. Frequented by many Spanish people. And a lifeguard on duty. There is a supermarket <1min walk from hotel on the seafront. 1litre bottle of chilled water only €1.50. Evening entertainment was pretty much the same every night. I found it to be relaxing background music. I would recommend hiring an e-scooter to explore the seafront in its entirely, €5 for 20mins. In the evenings, the promenade is vibrant with couples and families taking an evening stroll. There are market sralls at the far end and plenty of shops open until late in the area. I found this place to be perfect for somewhere to unwind. Very relaxed. I will be returning in future.

This hotel is really very good! We went as a couple and were pleasantly surprised by the range of ages of people at the hotel. The hotel mainly had Spanish, Scandanavian and English (very few) people. The food was amazing - the theme nights are great - especially the Friday Seafood buffet - all the food was fresh and plentiful - salad bar immense every night. I read reviews commenting on the hotel has an 80's feel about it - so yes the rooms could do with a refurbish BUT the positives of this hotel outweigh that negative - since all rooms are sea view we didn't care about the 80's feel. The hotel provides entertainment but thankfully it's not cheesy - live music providing the more elderly people classic dancing through to Salsa dancing where all ages joined in The hotel is directly onto the PEBBLE beach - so take some shoes that you can walk and swim in as the water is amazing!! A negative (if I have to) The towels that you get supplied in your room were hard!! Apart from the 80's feel and the hard towels I would have given 5 stars!!

Hotel caters mainly for Spanish visitors, entertainment was poor and mainly catered for Spanish. Very little sunshade umbrellas, few sun beds about 60 but hotel has around est 400 to 500 intake. Rooftop pool is much smaller than photo. Felt a real unwelcome feeling from main staff. Main meal was served between 8 to 10pm, which we felt was far too late, plus you even had yo pay for water during meal. Overall wasn't a great experience. Positives: Albir is beautiful, beach is nice, great chinese restaurant opposite hotel. Hotel was reasonable with cost of drinks, compared to other pubs/restaurants around. There is no TUI rep that visits the hotel and wasn't really helpful in our request in moving. Mobility issue of husband hindered us to walk 15 to 25 mins to more suitable entertainment in evenings.

Hotel reception staff not very friendly or helpful. Room was a little dated. Hotel close to beach and good central location. Advertised as a sea view room but was over a side road and the sea could only be seen at the end of the road. Room overlooked the street with rubbish bins in the street which were collected by a garbage truck early every morning. Room cleanliness not too good, found dirty underwear under the bed from previous guests. Evening entertainment poor. Nice pool but not much room for sun lounging. No chance of getting a sunbed although on our last day the pool area was supplied with extra sunbeds and we were able to get one. Restaurant food excellent although again not too friendly a greeting from the Maître D when arriving and being shown to a table. Bill for any drinks taken during the meal need to be paid for immediately when departing restaurant.
