Please advise flight number and estimated arrival time when booking this complex. Clients will have pick up the key at Bulevard de los Musicos 15. Please note the check in/out: Monday to Friday 10.30 am to 17:30 (November to May) Monday to Friday 10.30 am to 18.00 (June to October) Saturdays 10.00 to 14.00 Sundays and holidays Closed. Please note that on check in a deposit of € 180.00 per apartment is requested in credit or debit card. Cleaning during the stay are optional and it is not included in the price. Upon departure, the client will remove the garbage from the apartment. In case of finding the apartment in a situation of extreme dirt and neglect, a cleaning fee will be deducted from the Deposit or will be charged to the customer's credit or debit card. Albir Confort will not cover the cost of opening doors if the client leaves the apartment leaving the keys inside. The cost will vary according to the procedure used by the locksmith service. At check-in the client will receive 2 sets of complete keys, the non-return of both will incur a penalty of € 25 that will be charged directly to the customer's card, for each set not delivered.
