“Amazing hotel.”

I must say the entertainment team this year are insane, they are the best i cant just pick one they are all amazing. They go out of there way. The hotel is the best i ever stayed 4th year coming and i cant fault it. Food is incredible drinks are amazing. Cant wait booked to go again next year.

“Great 10 day stay”

We are just back from a 10 day family holiday and really enjoyed our time here. Will give an honest review with pros and cons. We are just back from a 10 day family holiday and really enjoyed our time here. Will give an honest review with pros and cons. Pros - not a high rise hotel only on 3 levels which we prefer, hotel rooms were clean with comfortable beds and pillows, powerful shower, plenty storage, towels changed daily. Great pool area and cleaned every day, the resort layout and decor was done very well. The water park good, great choice in food at the pool bar as well as the restaurant. Used branded alcoholic drinks for all inclusive. Great atmosphere - pool foam party, mermaid show and great entertainment staff who get people involved. A good location - Irish Bar and shops right across the road, Mcdonalds not far. Only a 10 min walk to Albir strip and beach or 10 minute taxi or bus to centre of benidorm and most excursions like Karting, Terra mitica. Our daughter got glass in her foot one night and we didnt have to say to anyone. One of the staff members saw what happened and before we knew it the lifeguard was over sorting her out, which was great. Lifeguards are always watching the pool areas at all times. Good TV channels. Cons - if some of the staff were more helpful and less rude it would have made the holiday experience even better. Lorena on reception was particularly rude when we needed assistance one day. Certain staff members would only allow you to have a small plastic cup for a drink even when asking for a large (saves time going to bar if you had a bigger cup). If they refused the big cups we just asked for more small ones. Didn't see the issue with cup size when its all inclusive. Certain members rude only to the kids but fine with the adults. Spanish families were sometimes queue jumping. We checked out at 10am but weren't due for pickup until 6pm but no one on reception told us there were showers and changing areas that we could use. On arrival, we didnt get in our rooms until about 3pm that day but they tried to end our all inclusive when we checked out at 10am which we weren't happy about. You pay for 10 days all inclusive, not 9.5 so beware of this. Sunbeds are extremely uncomfortable and dont adjust. Buy a pad! Rooms could be doing with a little updating but we were out most of time anyway. We would go back to this resort again and really enjoyed our time here. Its a great resort for families, especially with younger kids. The only thing that pulled it down a bit was certain staff members, who ruin it for the polite and friendly ones, however you would probably get this at any hotel at home or abroad. All inclusive should end at the same time as you arrived, not earlier but overall great resort.

Our first impression of this hotel we arrived nearly midnight with an 8 and 9 year old after a very long day ,we asked if we could get food anywhere and was told snacks in the bar ,there were a few crusty slices of bread and fruit all restaurants were shut ,asked about a bottle of water was told there's cups in the bar and a machine,the next negative are the reception staff one in particular ,elenia and also the manager ,our son who was also staying in Albir visited the hotel to see his son who was on holiday with us ,he approached Elenia to enquire about a wrist band and a price for the day,it was expensive so he said ok I'm just going to get my little boy ,he'd already been in the hotel unbeknownst to her but she saw fit to have a member of staff follow him and stand by whilst we got his son dry and changed to go out ,our son is 32 his son 9 and autistic,he started to flap and get agitated as he couldn't understand what was happening,we explained to the girl over seeing us who was English he is autistic why are you watching they are leaving,I went to the desk and explained this to Elenia she just smirked in my face ,I complained to the manager had no feedback or an apology,which is so unprofessional,plastic cups at all times which yes around the pool but in the bar area in the evening still plastic ,the guests who weren't all inclusive were given glasses and coffee cups,a big praise for the bar staff especially marina and gloria , entertainment around the pool very good, reception and management rubbish,wouldn't stay here again due to this as Elenia thought it was funny to upset our autistic grandson,sorry for the long review
