Just back from a fantastic week in this hotel. The hotel is amazing. We had a sea view room on the 6th floor (room 632) It costs a little more than the standard rooms but is well worth it for the views. We woke up every morning to a fantastic view/sunrise. The staff were all fantastic & helpful. The main lobby/reception is open plan & looks amazing. Fantastic infinity pool with stunning views of the ocean. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with plenty of choice. The breakfast/restaurant area also has amazing views of the ocean & Calpe rock. The rooms were cleaned & beds made on a daily basis. Live entertainment on every night and the price of drinks were reasonable for a hotel of this calibre. If we return to Calpe again, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Very close to many many restaurants & bars & is a lovely sedate location Can’t recommend this hotel enough! Fantastic!!

We stayed as a family of 3 at this beautifully situated (adults only) hotel for 10 days over Christmas. The hotel is very spacious and contemporary, inc the nice rooms, which are also a good size. The food and drink are of a high standard, also not over-priced, like some hotels! The facilities (inc nice spa and well equipped gym)are very good, as is the nightly entertainment in the main bar area.

“First visit but not the last!”

I stayed in the hotel for a week with my cousin on the recommendation of a friend who stayed there last year and it exceeded our expectations. We booked a sea view room and were allocated one on the 7th floor which had a great view towards El Peñon de Ifach. The room was spacious with a large balcony with a table and two comfortable chairs. The beds were among the most comfortable I have ever slept in in a hotel and the pillows were great too although if they hadn’t been we could have chosen others from a pillow menu. The bathroom was very modern with a large walk-in shower unit with two showers - one at each end of the unit. The toilet had double glass sliding doors although we didn’t use them as the bathroom had a proper wooden door which was a pleasant change from the current trend of “open plan” bathrooms! Each evening, housekeeping delivered a box with two complimentary chocolates which was a lovely touch. There are two pools - the main one and one on the 9th floor. We didn’t use the latter although we did go up for a look on our first day and it seemed really nice. We didn’t venture far enough to see how many loungers there are but there are some deck chairs and there is a bar up there also. We always went to the main pool which is accessed along a corridor two floors down from reception. However, when going directly from the restaurant after breakfast, I found it quicker to take the lift at the back down two floors and go out onto the promenade and enter the pool area via the glass door outside. The pool was always very busy and there aren’t a huge number of umbrellas as the ones they have are large square ones like you would get in a bar or restaurant and cover a larger area. However, they are fixed into the ground which means you have to move the beds around if you want more shade like my cousin. The layout of the beds made this a bit difficult but we managed by going down about 10am before the pool got too busy and choosing our spot. A nice touch was that as well as pool towels they had small rectangular pillows which you could use and there was a basket with packets of wet wipes and bottles of suntan lotion which anyone could use. We were on bed and breakfast basis and the breakfast buffet was among the best I’ve ever had. They even had someone carving jamón! The pastry section was outstanding with different types of croissants, cakes and donuts. Heaven for a sweet-toothed person like me! The staff went out of their way to meet requests and when I asked one day if they had dulce de leche for pancakes as I don’t like chocolate flavoured toppings I was told they didn’t. However, next morning there was a bottle beside the others. All in all, it is a fabulous hotel and I look forward to visiting again.

I really enjoyed my 5 day solo stay, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was pretty good, towels provided. Room was very comfortable and cleaned daily. I really enjoyed my 5 day solo stay, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was pretty good, towels provided. Room was very comfortable and cleaned daily. The breakfast was a highlight, freshly squeezed mixed juice was a win for me. Location was perfect for me and I throughly enjoyed early morning sunrise walks.
