On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

What an amazing holiday! I was a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews before going, however I can’t recommend this place enough. The food, staff, the entertainment and the pool were amazing. The entertainers were amazing with kids. They really made my daughter feel so special and a part of everything. She loved the kids club. The bar staff couldn’t be anymore helpful, especially as they were so busy. What an amazing two weeks. Hopefully be back again soon. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our family holiday memorable x The picture is a view from our room.

“Amazing”
Amazing hotel with stunning scenery. The pools kept the children entertained for hours. The staff are very helpful, nothing is too much for them and they go over and beyond to resolve any queries. We would 100% visit again.

“Fantastic holiday”
Brilliant resort and amenities. Pools and general layout of resort was perfect. The location views of Calpe were awesome. Thank you for making this a great Easter holiday with such friendly staff & great food.

Only negative for us was the food and location. Food was very limited on choice, nothing to look forward to all very bland. Location is too far from beach to walk, we got taxi 15 euro (as hotel bus always fully booked)! and spent a day at beach where they have water sports and great restaurants/bar… more

Good views, hotel on different floor levels, just provided basic food, no entertainment when we first got there but towards the weekend they provided entertainment to the locals. No kids activities apart from pool and slides. No shops nearby and shop wasn’t open at hotel premises. It was safe and clean. Kids kept cutting their feet in the pool so maybe some tiles needs attention too. Staff were friendly overall we did have a good time
