We have just returned from what can only be described as a Fabulous stay at the Villa Del Mar. Things got off to a very good start when we were welcomed (by Marta who is very special) with lovely Cocktails upon arrival. The check-in process was seamless and without fault and despite our room not being ready (we arrived early) they were very accommodating and pointed us in the direction of the restaurant for us to have lunch while we waited. Our room was exactly as we had pictured it and again a warm welcome awaited with a bottle of Cava, 2 cans of lager, 2 cans of juice and some chocolates in our fridge. We had a sea view room with a jacuzzi (8th Floor) and frankly it was worth every penny! Waking up to the view of the Mediterranean was truly amazing and is a fantastic selling point for this hotel. You are literally across a quiet road from the beautiful Poniente Beach. Beds & Parasols are 6 euros each for the full day. Another great selling point for this hotel is the Spa - we enjoyed a free hour as part of our holiday and it was lovely to have this area to ourselves (Floor 9) with magnificent views and a truly lovely place to relax and unwind. We had a relaxing massage while we were there which cost 30 euros for 30 minutes which is very reasonable. The entertainment at the hotel was varied and of a very good standard. Our hotel was not at capacity while we were there so there were occasions where it was quite quiet however this did not stop the entertainers from giving 100%. The food was varied and plentiful and the restaurant never felt overcrowded. We were all inclusive and every meal was great. The main selling point of this hotel are the staff. They are friendly, helpful and extremely hard working to ensure that your holiday is special. We can honestly say we didn't miss having a balcony once and the all of the other positives more than compensated. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and cannot wait to return. Villa Del Mar is ideally located in the Old Town - for a Fabulous holiday don't look anywhere else.

Our 4 night stay at the Villa del Mar was amazzinngggg! From the moment we arrived to the day we left my friends and I had the bestest time at thus FABULOUS HOTEL 👌 The staff, food, the room, the roof terrace bar, pool on 2nd floor, the hotel location, the beach, the views. All 💯% wicked!! We cannot wait to return PDQ!! This All Inclusive hotel is lush and I totally recommend booking a stay here. The hotel is in New Town Benidorm and you will be set down at the Golden Hotel around the corner as stopping outside the hotel is a bit difficult, which is literally a 2 min walk. A Wonderful hotel 🔥🙏

Lovely hotel All staff friendly and helpful especially Martha always had a smile Room cleaned daily to a high standard Always plenty of choice for food and all drinks branded Only negatives for us pool small didn’t bother trying to get a bed and no balconies

I do not what criteria is making this hotel a 4 stars hotel but it’s for from being a 4 stars hotel . I have been in 3 stars hotels and they we’re way better than this one. The rooms are basic , small pool , small number of sunbeds sometimes you need to que to get a sunbed . The restaurand it’s small , food has a poor quality and it’s repetitive small amount from where to chose. Many thanks to Dorina , Gina , Alexandra and Daniel , always happy to help and always with a smile on their face .
