“Maria the best cleaner”

The service is outstanding could not ask for better. Room lovely bed great. Maria are maid was simply amazing in every way room kept perfect every day. Have booked for 2025 already. As we can only imagine that the hotel sells out we have also upgraded to a jnr suite for 2025.

Stayed here from 8th-15th June first impressions are very nice quite modern and lovely smell as you walk in due to the plants as we found out later in the week, we had a 3rd floor room sea view which was really nice room was quite small but done for the two of us for a week.we went half board the breakfast are really nice English sausages were put on for four of the days we was there plenty to choose from it’s on from 8-10:30am the meal in the evening is shocking the choice is really bad 2 of the dishes you have to pay a supplement aswell I had the lamb twice and 1 special my wife had the fish which wasn’t cooked enough the red chicken curry which is like a stew and the lamb which was cold we had different starters but no desserts this is a 3 course meal which to us there was not enough choice they need to change it up day in day out or offer just normal foods aka burgers or different English meals as the majority of ppl staying were from the uk, the roof top pool is really nice can get busy but a nice way to end your day and cool off I just think ppl should not be allowed there drinks in the pool, I would definitely stay again here it’s a adult only hotel and the beach is 2 min walk and new town is to the left an old town to the right just a few things to change but it’s a lovely place

Just had a lovely week at the Agir Springs Location is great right in the middle of the old town and new town Staff are all lovely. Rooms are cleaned everyday which is great The breakfast I wasn’t keen on. No proper bacon or sausage. We went to the bull dog on the corner and the white lion for breakfasts which were both lovely Roof top pool and the area is gorgeous just not enough sunbeds and people putting towels on beds from 7.30am and leaving them all day. Staff should remove these towels after half an hour if nobody on them as it stopped people like us being able to use the bar and pool area. Not the hotels fault just inconsiderate people When we put the air con on in the room(419) it leaked all down the wall inside the room and outside under the generator on the balcony so we couldn’t use it. Would I return to this hotel. 100% we would Thanks to all at Agir Springs

I wanted to take my best friend away for a lovely 4 night break in the sun. I’m used to staying in nice hotels… this one was meant to be 4* but it was 3* at best! The room was so dated and very well worn. Lots of things broken including the balcony door which wouldn’t lock so we were worried about security! When the maintenance man came up to fix the safe, as that was playing up too he pretended to fiddle with the door then just mimed in broken Spanish as if to say at least you’ve got the safe??🙈. AC had broken knobs but did eventually work but was that noisy we didn’t use it! On a plus the bed was comfy and the cleaners came every day so it was clean. All the staff were pleasant and the food was above standard for such a hotel! The rooftop pool area was lovely and chilled although the “pool” was more like a dipping pool as so small. Overall had a nice time though as was with my friend who we hadn’t spoken properly too in years!
