Where to start…. After reading the reviews I really didnt know what to exspect, well I guarantee theres nothing to worry about at all. Checkin So we arrived about 12:00 already knowing checkin was at 16:00 so we done this thing called planning!!!! We had put clothes to change into once there, which the lovely polite receptionist allowed to use the lugguage, I had read staff are rude, If you are rude to someone they will be rude back no one deserves to be spoken to rudely. We arrived back at 15:30 room was ready and off we went. Lastly checkout 12:00- Checkin 16:00, so look at it this way, you arrive before 16:00 wanting to checkin and then been rude ad you cant, so flip it, you have to check out at 08:00 so Housekeeping can clean rooms the rude people like you where on checkin have a room ready, would you be happy checking out at 08:00 Room 1118 11th floor, great view over the pool, the mountains, the town and also a small glimpse of the sea. Again read rooms are dirty etc and Housekeeping dont clean them or change bedding. So a bit of info here after working in Hotels for 14 years and having a partner who still does. Do you chsnge your bedding at home every day ? As for making beds, if you leave any belongings on your bed Housekeeping will not maje your bed, as if snything wrnt missing who is the first person you would blaim? During our 5 nights Housekeeping came in every day, made beds, clean towels and emptied bins. Room was dated but not dirty and as I say in all my reviews, your room on Holiday should only be a bed to sleep in and a room to get ready in. Breakfast Again no worries the selection is hugeincludung Fresh meats Cheese Fruit Full english selection Cereals Pastries Toast station Live cooking of pancakes and omlettes how is can be repative I have no idea unless your having 15 plates every time. Staff friendly and helpful just show some manners. Location. Brilliant for everything if your unsure just check goigle earth. Lastly enjoy this place and the staff, we heard people mosning when we was there, all you do is make you look sour, and give us Brits the name of mosners for godsake enjoy it smile your in Benidorm

I emailed a couple of days before our visit after reading reviews regarding potential problems with lifts. On my email I asked if all the lifts were working as my husband has mobility issues. I received a very quick and friendly response from David on reception saying he would make sure we had a first floor room near to the lift which was excellent for us. We arrived a few hours before our check in time on the Friday, we were told our room was ready which was a massive bonus. We dropped our bags off and went out. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, breakfast has plenty of choice, the freshly made omelettes are really nice. The hotel has a good central location but not noisy.

Great family holiday- After reading the reviews I was worried about staying here. Both rooms were available before 4pm. Reception staff were super polite and helpful. We stayed B&B and there was loads of choice. We had an 18month old with us & all the staff were lovely as he did make loads of mess. Hotel was clean Rooms were cleaned everyday - clean towels provided daily. We had an early flight and when speaking to reception staff we were able to access the restaurant early - continent breakfast. Lifts were slow but not problematic Negatives The children’s play area did not have a lot of activities/ equipment.
