Arrived at the Sol Pelicanos with a group of 8 friends. Lovely welcome, 2 rooms ready and available at 12.30 and waited another hour and half for the other 2, which was absolutely fine as check in should have been 4pm. We visited the in out bar by the pool and enjoyed the free bar snacks ( crisps and nuts) that were available. Rooms were clean and tidy and ideal with fridge provided. Safe was available to purchase if needed. Our rooms were all pool view and could even see the sea. Cleaners came in every other day to make beds and tidy room. Food was plenty, and lots of choice available during breakfast and evening meal sittings. There was something for everyone. We enjoyed a little banter with Javi, who came around with valentine's chocolates a few times throughout the week. On our day of departure at 6.25 am we were also allowed to book in to have breakfast before we left. Which consisted of cereal, toast, coffee, tea or pastry. We will definitely be visiting again! The hotel is fantastic, so clean. The location is absolutely amazing, cannot fault it! We stayed 4 nights Half Board, but didn’t really utilise it as we were out every night and was never up in time for breakfast (true Benidorm fashion🤣). The hotel is fantastic, so clean. The location is absolutely amazing, cannot fault it! We stayed 4 nights Half Board, but didn’t really utilise it as we were out every night and was never up in time for breakfast (true Benidorm fashion🤣). We had picky bits at dinner time just to line our stomachs so I don’t feel it’s fair to give a review on the food. We did find the bar relatively reasonable for coffee & cocktails etc. Our room was amazing, so clean and fresh. A cleaner would come everyday, but we did tell them not to worry for the majority, other than Monday and they did an amazing job. I honestly couldn’t fault the hotel at all. We booked to return on our final night of the holiday for a week in March 2026! Let the countdown begin!

Had a great time in Benidorm with our family of 6, 2 adults and 4 children... Although it's the quieter time of the season the hotel made sure there was plenty of activities for the children and even had children's entertainers that really helped keep the children busy... There was a couple of children's entertainers that we had seen who really made a effort to keep the children entertained. There was one in particular called Javi who really made the effort to get to know us and to actually come find the children and do arts crafts even in the evening when the adult entertainment was on. Lots of games and generally making our children feel really special. It really made the holiday special as we came to Benidorm specifically to make great memories for the children and Javi really made that happen.... Our room was cleaned every day and had a lovely view of Benidorm The food was all inclusive and we had some lovely food. That suited everyone's taste. And the location was perfect. Overall great value for money and the children really had a special time. We will certainly come again. On our leaving day we had to wait for the transfer coach for 2 hours 45 minutes and the children's entertainer Hugo played games with the children to keep them entertained while we waited.

“Crap”

Do not book all inclusive with jet 2. We arrived at the hotel at 9.30 pm dining room shut. No food available after travelling most of the day. Then to be told the day we come home, only breakfast will be available. We paid a lot of money for 4 days all inclusive. In reality we only get 2. Easy … more

Do not book all inclusive with jet 2. We arrived at the hotel at 9.30 pm dining room shut. No food available after travelling most of the day. Then to be told the day we come home, only breakfast will be available. We paid a lot of money for 4 days all inclusive. In reality we only get 2. Easy jet, love holidays, sunshine, Broadway travel, and everywhere I have travelled to throughout the world all inclusive ends when you get picked up to travel to the airport. We work very hard to pay for our holidays. It's a big disappointment when we have paid a lot of money for for days. And only get 2 days all inclusive. Be very careful booking with Jet 2. Used to be my favourite but I will be sticking to Easyjet in future. The hotel needs a refurb. Rooms have a bath with a shower over it. Not good when you are waiting for a hip replacement. Many people come to benidorm who are elderly. It's impossible to climb into a bath. Stay away from jet 2 and this hotel
