“Excellent value.”
I visit Sandos Monaco 3 times a year. Excellent and very friendly service from Reception Staff, Bar Staff and most of all Restaurant Staff. Food to cover all dietary aspects and plenty of it. I will never understand why people put on negative comments. They are in the minority and Sandos is bet… more

I will never understand why people put on negative comments. They are in the minority and Sandos is better off without them. Roll on May for my second visit this year (2025).

“Nearly perfect 👌 ”
We have stayed here many times, it's a fantastic hotel. I know people say the staff are like Friends but honestly that's the way they make us feel. They work non stop to make your holiday as good as it can be. If you need anything just ask reception or Nicky and they will do their upmost to help … more
We have stayed here many times, it's a fantastic hotel. I know people say the staff are like Friends but honestly that's the way they make us feel. They work non stop to make your holiday as good as it can be. If you need anything just ask reception or Nicky and they will do their upmost to help you. Food and cleanliness always great and perfect location 👌. The only issue we have had is with certain guests, who can be very rude to the staff, use bad language and get louder and louder the more they drink. The staff should not have to put up with this behaviour. Maybe daytime security might be an option . But don't be put off going to the Sandos it really is the best hotel in Benidorm. Thanks again to all the wonderful people who made us so welcome again 😊

Guests are generally older, 55+ and a real mix of Spanish and English Location, on the edge of the old town and a few minutes to the strip Food, it has been up and down over the years, however has been consistently good for the last 3/4 years Drinks a good selection, cocktails pre mixed not so good Staff, have ALLWAYS been fun, professional and polite Evening entertainment could be a better variety as most guest stay in the hotel Rooms, large, comfy and cleaned to a good standard

My husband and I booked into the Sandos Monaco hotel and spa for my 60th and we are so glad we did. We really cannot fault this hotel it is clean, the staff are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble for them , the breakfast , lunch and dinner facilities offer a great range of options . The hotel is a stones throw away from the Lavante beach . We had a fantastic time and met some really lovely people, we will most definitely be returning and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone .

Friendly and welcoming, this hotel is clean, well located and good value for money. Friendly and welcoming, this hotel is clean, well located and good value for money. The breakfast is as good as I have had anywhere abroad, I did upgrade one evening for dinner at a cost of 20 Euros as the weather was so bad I didn't wish to venture outside the hotel. The dinner was typical all inclusive buffet style and was ok. The entertainment in an evening was quite good. The staff are all friendly and reception was excellent, I had an issue with the lights and shower in my room which was dealt with very quickly. As other people have described the hotel is quite dated, but is kept very clean. It is a good location for both the old town, Levante beach and if you want to the strip is within a 15-20 minute walking distance. I recommend walking around 25 mins to the Benidorm Intermodal to catch the tram to Altea which was only 2.49 Euros return if you want to escape the madness of Benidorm itself.
