Second time at this brilliant hotel, the staff are all so friendly and helpful, I requested the same room 1711 lovely view of the front, I stayed in the first time and yes they granted me fab,the hotel is spotlessly clean the food is plentiful and a good selection the staff are so attentive, the location is great a couple of min to the front and to the strip. Can't wait to return.

“Surpassed our expectations”

What a little gem, perfect location, its right down at the end of the the levante beach strip (2 minute walk from the beach) and around 10 minute walk from t he main bar strip. We stayed here as a group of 3 couples, and it was perfect. Lovely large room with a sofa bed i needed, the main bed however is 2 singles pushed together and not attached in any way so that was annoying as the beds kept slipping apart in the night, which I know is a normal setup acrosss Europe but these beds glided like butter at the slightest touch. Be aware if you are a new couple or with friends, the bathroom is like a little glass cabinet with no privacy at all, even the door to the bathroom is a swinging glass door (like a shower door) that doesn’t shut let alone lock. View from the room was lovely on a large balcony, with views of the beach (obscured partly with another high rise in front) We stayed breakfast only so can’t comment on the other meals, but breakfast was basic and did the job, not a great selection, but enough to start the day. To be honest I would probably skip the all inclusive, plenty of bars and restaurants to get a good meal, drinks in the lobby bar were lovely though, there is a cute little area both inside and outside to have a few drinks. The pool area was great, decent size pool that wasn’t too cold for the time of year, plenty of sun beds, could get a row of 6 for us all at any time of day, there was building works starting when we were there which was a bit noisy to be honest but as long as you didnt lay in the beds close it wasn’t horrendous (although I wouldn’t be happy if my room was overlooking it) Pool bar was fine, did some lovely snack foods and basic cocktails. At a reasonable price. The roof top Bar was absolutely stunning to sit on at sunset, a little pricey and slow on service with drinks, but not surprising as we saw the bar being advertised miles away in old town! Which was a shame really as it meant guests staying at the hotel often couldn’t get a table. i would say the only downside of the hotel was the bizarre lift system, which Im sure in theory seems good but in practiced is a nightmare, often leading you to have to wait 10 or more minutes for a lift, there is of course a staircase, but climbing 16 flights of stairs is def not for the faint of heart (we did it a couple of times!) I wouldn’t definately recommend the hotel though, completely surpassed our expectations and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Nice hotel Lovely room Food very good Great location Building work going on is constant Sitting around pool we were covered in dust Good drinks Didn't like having to pay to use indoor pool 12 Euro first because you have to have a cap Then 10 Euro every time per hour Michael the TUI Rep is great so helpful and knowledgeable Entertainment was generally good Bar closes at 11pm but we were fine with that Have to pay for drinks on roof terrace Lift system is very good once you get used to it Would we return there again.... NOOOOO Like to swim each day on holidays All inclusive should mean just that

“A lot more to give….”

Nice location near to beach and amenities. Indifferent welcome at reception and poor directions to car park facility. Food OK , hotel has no natural flow when moving around. Cleanliness very good , lifts challenging at peak times. Could be a whole lot better but I get the feeling a lot of investmen… more

Nice location near to beach and amenities. Indifferent welcome at reception and poor directions to car park facility. Food OK , hotel has no natural flow when moving around. Cleanliness very good , lifts challenging at peak times. Could be a whole lot better but I get the feeling a lot of investment is going in to the refurbishment and it is coasting a little at the moment. As many have mentioned please sort out the shower trays which quickly fill with water due to their inadequate depth.
