Our room had the comfiest beds and pillows, even the sofa bed was lovely and comfortable. The staff are great, really helpful and friendly, we were bed and breakfast,,so much choice of food in the mornings.

Been to Benidorm many times but first time I have stayed in Port Benidorm and all inclusive. On arrival our room was not ready which was fine as we went for lunch. Reception staff were very nice and friendly. We had requested rooms next door to our friends and also sea view of which both requests were granted. Rooms: bright spacious and clean. Cleaned daily to a good standard. Had everything in them to be comfortable. Beds were comfortable and had 2 pillows each which was good. Small fridge in room and kettle. However, no coffee left in rooms or water in the fridge which was a bit disappointing for all inclusive. Food: I found the food to be good. Plenty of choice and I know I can be fussy but always something to have. As always when you are at hotels it can be a bit repetitive but I did enjoy. All inclusive: drinks were good but beer a bit too fizzy and not great. Wine etc with dinner was served in bottle which was nice. Cocktail of the day good. Downsize no snacks really except some crisps from a big bag on a small plate when you request them. So if you miss a meal don’t expect the chance of something else. Never experienced this in all inclusive. Pool area is nice although due to bad weather we did not use much. Building noise did not bother us and the hotel is in a good location. Rooftop bar is nice but not included in all inclusive. If returning to Benidorm I would definitely consider coming back to stay here.

Let me tell you a honest review, no bias here! I had never been to this hotel before so was unaware of what to expect apart from YouTube videos. The Coach dropped us off outside Burger King. We then walked up a little incline to get to the front steps (approx. 5 minutes), it was very late in the evening about 10.25pm, was very tired. The hotel receptionist was very nice, it was very loud because of the music in the bar so could not hear her properly, she did explain that you have 30 minutes to get a drink as you are all inclusive and 10 minutes if you want some cold tea (dinner), I was more hungry than thirsty so appreciated some pasta and ham and a roll. I went to the bar with my new band on my wrist and managed to get a small Amstel beer Phew!, they were closed to me after that and had to buy a glass of wine, they cleared the bar of all inclusive items in front of me which was a bit disappointing, I would have thought that you could have had a glass of something considering the long day and as a newcomer, but I appreciate that rules are rules! I was put on the 15th floor which is great for me as I love to look at the views, I was so pleased to be put in this room until the morning!! Bang bang crash crash all morning woke me up , I looked out of my balcony and I was literally in the thick of the works, I could actually see the builders faces, yellow hats and the lifts that bring up the concrete and other building materials. I had booked for 11 nights so was really worried that this would last for my full duration, I did ask for another room that was quieter but the reception said that the hotel was full. ( The receptionist was apologetic though and understood my request) Another morning of crashing and banging it was driving me crazy, so I went to the front desk again, it was rammed with a line about 15 waiting, I waited about 30 minutes to be told again the hotel is full so no room is available, I was so disappointed, why would you put anyone in the work area? Other people had lovely views and no noise, I appreciate that you have to make revenue but this was awful! I also would have thought that the reception would have contacted me to change rooms if one was available. Anyway the rest of the hotel! The Terrasse - amazing, the quality of service is 100%, the view is the best I have ever seen. Pool area - noisy but alright, nothing compared to my room, quite tranquil infact! Spa - I cannot comment as did not use this facility! Restaurant - Breakfast - Lovely selection of food for all different nationalities, lovely staff! Lunch - Not to busy, lots of local people paying for their lunch which was nice. Lots of lovely salads, and cheese, ham and seafood, there was a cooking station too. Evening meal - Very very busy, waiters who offer drinks and clean tables are amazing, The choice of food was okay, just okay nothing to write home about! Bar staff - I found the staff alright, some better than others, some quite rude and dismissive, but they work very hard. Lifts - They are simple to use, you just need to press your floor and it tells you what line to wait for. ( they can be busy at restaurant times). Bathroom - Wow what a awful bathroom this is, I have never seen or experienced such a room, you are totally on show to use the facilities, it is pure glass with a tiny bit of frosting , it does steam up when you are having a shower which was a blessing ( the shower was nice btw) but I cannot imagine sharing this bathroom with my teenage children, also the fan doesn't work when you put the light on, so if someone has a poop it smells in the room! The air conditioning was awful, no noise, I didn't think it was working - I did go to reception and ask and they assured me it was in full capacity! Balcony - Well apart from seeing the faces of the workers, you are on show to other guests, I walked outside and could see the next guests below and to the side of me. I didn't mind it too much but it is a bit intrusive also there was a few people shouting and chanting also smoking weed which was a bit smelly! Cleaning staff were amazing and lovely!

The hotel was clean, and the rooms were perfect for our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes. However, there were a few downsides—the ongoing construction made it quite noisy, and the lifts were more of a hassle than they were worth, often causing long queues, which was especially inconvenient for those on higher floors like us. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar was also closed during our stay, which was a shame as it looked beautiful and would have been a great spot to visit. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
