Review I stayed at this hotel with friends at the start of July for a week! The staff there very friendly and helpful! We went for the bed and breakfast option and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the breakfast! 2 coffee machines and tea making facilities with a range of speciality teas. There were hot and cold options for food inclusive of pastries, cold meats and cheeses, cereal, fruit and hot options including an omelet station. What I was most impressed with was the milk selection as it really catered to everyone including alternate options such as oat and lacto-free milk! The food and drink at the hotel was lovely. We had food from the snack menu and poolside cocktails. The €5 red wine sangria was really good! The room was modern and clean! It was cleaned daily with towels always changed. The pool area really is beautiful with very comfy sun beds. The only issue with the area is that it is heavily covered with trees meaning the only a select few sun beds get sun all day. There is also only a 15 minute grace period to reserve a sun bed before towels are removed. I completely understand this policy but I feel 15 minutes isn’t long enough to have breakfast etc. I would recommend it be upped to at least 30 minutes. The location of the hotel is good! A short walk to the beach and the old town. It is about a 20/25 minute walk to the new town or 10 minutes in a taxi which the hotel are always happy to order for you. A taxi to the new town cost between €7-9 which when it is a group of you is nothing. My only con with this hotel is that there is no shower rooms for late pick up. We had a late pick up at 7pm and enquired about keeping the room on- this was not possible as the hotel was fully booked which is fine as nothing can be done but when asked about a shower room we were told there isn’t one. Most hotels I have stayed in always have a shower room for guests to use before they leave to freshen up so I was disappointed to find this one didn’t have one. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone! It really is a little gem in Benidorm and I would definitely stay again!

We are 2 nights into our holiday here and we are generally really happy with our choice of hotel. It's in a great location, not far from the beach, shops and old town. We are staying in a standard room on the 5th floor. T Pros: The hotel is quiet, which is a bonus for us, as we like to be away from the oi oi saveloy brigade. We were asked when we would like our breakfast, which makes sense when trying to control the flow of traffic through the restaurant. The bed is one of the comfiest we have had when staying in Spain and the aircon is good. The staff have been friendly and helpful and we havent found them rude at all. Cons: The 30 minute sun lounger rule is not adhered to, I have seen people bagging their spot before 9am and then disappearing for breakfast etc. We have been asked not to take a mug of coffee outside into the garden this morning and told it could be put into a paper cup- no thanks. There are no cups in the room with the tea and coffee facilities. The balcony furniture is lovely, but very uncomfortable to sit on. Overall, we like this hotel and would defo stay again if we are back in Benners :)

We came towards the end of June and as it was a last minute booking and the only hotel that we could find that had a balcony/terrace we were not really expecting much. We were however, exceptionally surprised. The hotel is beautiful, the pool area is gorgeous and clean, though there could be more sun-beds the ones that they did have were nicely partitioned and made it feel quite private. We also liked that they kept the area closed of until the pool opened, which stopped people from booking all the sun-beds at the break of dawn. The food and the cocktails at the pool bar were very good (highly recommend the nacho’s and Pina Colada’s) and reasonably priced. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very very comfortable. The hotel itself is five minutes from the beach and there are lots of shops/restaurants to choose from along the beach front, which have a much more family feel than Levante Beach with lots of activities for children. It’s around a 15 minute walk to the centre and around a 30 minute walk to Levante beach. All in all a very positive experience and we are already looking to book again for next year.
