TLDR It's a really nice find in the eastern part of Benidorm 10 minute walk from the beach if you want to go in the indoor pool needto wear a swimming cap Due to the half marathon event and number of guests, I recommend getting to breakfast early as there were queues after 9:30 to get into the restaurant. We stayed for 3 nights over the weekend. We came as a group to run Benidorm half marathon. We booked a double room which had lots of storage,mini bar, shower/bath with plenty of EU electric sockets but no USB chargepoints. The beds were nice and firm yet comfortable. The room turned out to be quite warm, so I had to turn air conditioning off. Nice view of pool are from balcony. the room was equpped with the usual comforts, shower gel, dodgy hair drier, coded safe, etc, but no iron. pros good selection of breakfast smart, clean, and welcoming atmosphere nice pools  & easy access to all areas of the hotel Welcoming friendly staff fairly priced drinks - bar was well stocked cons gym was small, worn, and in a state of disrepair - no treadmill probably due to time of visit hotel showed signs of wear and tear in toilets evening entertainment was a bit hit or miss hotel location was quite a distance from the marathon event. took 45 mins to walk there.

Came to Benidorm for 3 nights at the beginning of December 2024. The positives are that the rooms are really good size with a great balcony with views across Benidorm. They were also really clean and had maid service every day. We liked that we were a short walk to the beach and had Lidl next door to get supplies. The location was good for a short break. The negatives were that the hotel was very much catered for Spanish tourists. They were not overall helpful. We also weren’t informed that half the pool was under construction and there was no pool bar either. The weather was lovely when we arrived so wanted to chill around the pool but it was really unwelcoming due to the construction. You also needed to walk up two floors to get drinks etc. There was no waiter service which surprised us. The breakfast was chaotic. Would highly recommend going down early and before 9am to avoid the queues. There was plenty of choice. Coffee from the machine was not good. Overall it was fine for a short break but would not have wanted to stay longer and won’t be back.

“Not four star hotel”

Checking in was easy and pleasant. The shower room was not even three star the tiles and tiling needed attention. hairdryer was over toilet with very short lead. Needed new shower head. Checking in was easy and pleasant. The shower room was not even three star the tiles and tiling needed attention. hairdryer was over toilet with very short lead. Needed new shower head. Next day room was cleaned but they left dirty cups and no tea coffee etc so I spent an hour trying to get hold reception, laundry and concierge but no one answered so I had to call hotel on outside line just to get this sorted!! Not good enough for 4 star hotel.
