Beautiful hotel , perfect Location, happy friendly hard working staff , very welcoming on reception! Also The lady took some great pics off us on reception thankyou ! Bar staff are very happy and hardworking ! Food is nice and cooked well ! Drinks are good ! Best Ai cocktails I've ever had and I've stayed at 5 star Hotels ! Comfy beds walk in shower bath robes slippers! Dove shampoo shower gel ! Needn't have brought our own ! Tea and cofee making facilities! Fridge free safe ! Good Entertainment ! Kirera not sure how you spell her name! Excellent at her job ! And the rest off the Entertainment team !The only downfall is the sunbeds you have too get up early and que for one ..I would hate too see it in peak season ! This is the only reason I haven't gave it a five ! Would I return! Hell yes in a heartbeat 💓! Ignore the bad reviews just go and enjoy your holiday ! You won't regret it x

“Great Hotel, But being ruined by bad entertainment.”

Great Staff, especially Paco and his team in the Bar. Good food, especially Gala night on Fridays, again staff excellent. Great Staff, especially Paco and his team in the Bar. Good food, especially Gala night on Fridays, again staff excellent. Our Cleaner on First floor, Very cheery and friendly, but also quick and efficient. Pool area fine and 50 new sunbeds arrived on 1/10/24. That many now, we had to double up to make space. Now the bad part. Worst entertainment in all our 18 visits to this wonderful hotel. Only 1 good night in 12, American Trilogy show and Scott Michael, then a couple of good female singers, but the rest was woeful, and even worse was Ryannah tribute. Ears still bleeding. The new girl doing animation is totally out her depth. She thinks a 5 minute game of bingo makes up for an hours entertainment. One night on a Friday that was it a 5 minute game of bingo, then a singer who arrived late sang for 33 minutes and disappeared at 10.40 pm. Total entertainment for the night. The following Monday was worse, good compère Nick, but he left at 10 pm and so nothing after this time on a Monday. Not acceptable for a 4 star hotel. What is the point in paying for All Inclusive if nothing worth staying in hotel for. Most nights the lounge bar was empty at 11.30 pm because it was boring….Great Hotel being ruined by bad entertainment.

The rooms were of a good size and clean. We had a power shower in the bathroom, my mum had a rain shower and a handset for a shower. The rooms were of a good size and clean. We had a power shower in the bathroom, my mum had a rain shower and a handset for a shower. The hotel is located at the end of the strip and close to the beach. People have said that once you shut the patio door it is quiet this wasn’t the case for us. Have been to other hotels where you can’t hear the noise. The restaurant had a large selection to choose from and was always hot. The one complaint I have is that the waiters allow people to fill up their water bottles using the water/fruit juice machine. The nozzle going right into the bottle, this can spread germs. There wasn’t enough sunbeds for guests and even though there is a notice saying donot reserve sunbeds the management do nothing to stop this. On the first day of our visit I counter 12 sunbeds in the sun which weren’t sat on until after 1pm, which meant we and others had to sit in the shade.

“Food a bit bland”

Just back from Hotel Riudor, lovely hotel, clean and welcoming, our room was not ready when we arrived so we left our luggage and went for a walk. Just back from Hotel Riudor, lovely hotel, clean and welcoming, our room was not ready when we arrived so we left our luggage and went for a walk. We were in room 514 the was nice beds very comfortable showe a bit hit and miss with the temperature of the water.We never had an issue getting a sunbed plenty available all day. The food we found was a bit bland and nothing matched but we always found something to eat. Would come back to the hotel again
