Booked last minute for weekend break as all inclusive. First time in Benidorm and hotel was within easy walking distance of clubs, pubs, beach and shopping. The hotel was kept immaculately clean which was evident as soon as you walked into the reception which appeared and smelt very clean. Staff extremely polite and work very hard. They don't appear to stop in the cafeteria and bar areas. Bedroom consisted of two beds pushed together with balcony and chairs presented clean with TV, Fridge and tea making facilities. Decent size wardrobe and bathroom with decent shower. Safe deposit box you do have to pay for per day. Which I would have expected to be included in price. But just what you need to sleep, refesh and go out partying! The food in the restaurant consisted of buffet style selection. As all inclusive we thought food was a good selection and different every night, with selection of different lunches and a variety of breakfast options. The staff do not stop cleaning and are happy to assist if you need any item and will happily serve you promptly at the bar within the restaurant with local beverages. Evening entertainment is relatively good but you can see additional tribute acts at other bars and clubs if you wish. The pool area is supervised by a lifeguard and immaculately clean, with plenty of sun beds and additional sun terraces with a snack van. But the snack van wasn't open due to time of year and limited numbers which we totally understand and didn't require. Overall really good experience and would definitely go back and recommend. Only thing I would say is, it is not quite 4 star compared to other 4 star hotels we have stayed in elsewhere but it suited our needs.

Cups not washed after use glasses left in room not collected. Dust nearly an inch thick behind TV. They have a bidet in the bathroom which I used and no towel to dry yourself, I used the hand towel and left it in the bidet and to my horror was simply put back on towel rail for someone to wipe their face in.... Disgusting. Food mediocre usually warm but they do have a microwave. Restaurant staff are the most unfriendly miserable bunch I have ever encountered. Needless to say we won't return to this 2 star at best hotel
