The hotel was clean the staff in the hotel I found friendly and welcoming I was on the 3rd floor and I must give a big big shout out for the house keeping the young ladies are so polite and work so hard they are a credit to the hotel this goes to the restaurant staff as well if I was to put a negative it’s the show cooking maybe it’s the end of season I don’t know but not once did I see anyone get a freshly cooked egg or omelet but got to say it how I find it but the Regente as a place to stay definitely (sort out the show cooking 🍳)

Booked last minute for weekend break as all inclusive. First time in Benidorm and hotel was within easy walking distance of clubs, pubs, beach and shopping. Booked last minute for weekend break as all inclusive. First time in Benidorm and hotel was within easy walking distance of clubs, pubs, beach and shopping. The hotel was kept immaculately clean which was evident as soon as you walked into the reception which appeared and smelt very clean. Staff extremely polite and work very hard. They don't appear to stop in the cafeteria and bar areas. Bedroom consisted of two beds pushed together with balcony and chairs presented clean with TV, Fridge and tea making facilities. Decent size wardrobe and bathroom with decent shower. Safe deposit box you do have to pay for per day. Which I would have expected to be included in price. But just what you need to sleep, refesh and go out partying! The food in the restaurant consisted of buffet style selection. As all inclusive we thought food was a good selection and different every night, with selection of different lunches and a variety of breakfast options. The staff do not stop cleaning and are happy to assist if you need any item and will happily serve you promptly at the bar within the restaurant with local beverages. Evening entertainment is relatively good but you can see additional tribute acts at other bars and clubs if you wish. The pool area is supervised by a lifeguard and immaculately clean, with plenty of sun beds and additional sun terraces with a snack van. But the snack van wasn't open due to time of year and limited numbers which we totally understand and didn't require. Overall really good experience and would definitely go back and recommend. Only thing I would say is, it is not quite 4 star compared to other 4 star hotels we have stayed in elsewhere but it suited our needs.

“A lovely week away”

Very impressed on arrival. Reception clean and modern staff on reception were lovely and helpful. Room was good. We had a 6 month old with us and there was a travel cot all set up ready. Very clean room! Big shout out to our cleaner Nicole! She was lovely and greeted us every morning. She made a big fuss of our baby who of course loved all the attention. She really was very kind and happy to help. My negative about our room is we faced towards the bins and main road. Luckily our baby doesn’t stir much when it comes to noise but we had to sleep with patio door open and people emptying glasses into the bin and motorbikes constantly up and down was a bit annoying at 6am. Obviously this is just luck of the draw though. The time of year we came meant pool area was quite quiet so had no issues getting a sunbed. Pool freezing but it was expected. Easy to get a drink round the pool as there is a food truck which caters drink and snacks. Staff very attentive in both the restaurant and bar. Easy to get table and drinks. The main guy in the restaurant was always very accommodating and friendly. Food was ok. Could be a bit repetitive and bland. But suited us fine for the week. Probably wouldn’t eat there as much if we were staying longer. Always a range of entertainment on the evening. Quizzes, kahoot, karaoke live singers. The main entertainment guy Nacho was spot on! A couple of nights he was off and you really noticed the difference. For example one night he was off and karaoke was on but the same guy got 4 or 5 songs on and when others tried to put songs on she said it was over now she wasn’t taking anymore which is fine but would have been nice for others to be able to have a go. All in all a lovely stay and we would stay again! Perfect hotel for families
