“lovely hotel, couldn't recommend it more!”

Myself and my family visited this hotel for 5 nights from the 17th of March, the age ranges of my family were 4 - 70. There was something for everyone! The staff were lovely, could not fault them at all - the lifeguard was brilliant with the 4 year old - always keeping an eye on him and joking around with him. The food was amazing, Cruzcampo, Sangria and Heineken on tap in the snack bar by the pool and the restaurant. All sauces, milkshakes and alcohol was branded and you didn't need to pay extra for the branded stuff. Rooms were great, 2 double beds in each of our rooms with a shower and bath and great big windows. The two Entertainment boys were amazing! (Gutted I didn't get their names). They were so great with the kids and getting everyone involved. Location of the hotel was great, it is up a hill which we were made aware of at the time of booking but didn't affect the stay at all. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to the main Strip and around 15 minute walk to the old town. Watersides are great, big pool area - lots of sunbeds so no need to fight over them which was great! The kids club was great, facepainting was on every day as well as popcorn machines and lots more to offer. From 16:30 - 23:45 the games room opens which is full of Xbox's, VR Headsets, Playstations and more - really great for kids to be kept occupied ! I couldn't say a bad word about this hotel, it was so much better than we expected - we all were worried before coming away due to previous reviews but it was perfect.

“Holiday in benidorm”
Entertainment was really fun, Chema was great with the daytime activities, and great with the kids doing the activities..... also great magic tricks! Food is good for a buffet, plenty all day. The pool and slides are great fun, house keeping was good also

Stayed at magic rock gardens for the first time for the Cheltenham festival week. Fantastic hotel. Food selection was first class. Caters for all tastes . Staff in the restaurant work so hard and are very friendly. Stayed all inclusive. Room was adequate but for what I wanted I have no complaints. … more
Stayed at magic rock gardens for the first time for the Cheltenham festival week. Fantastic hotel. Food selection was first class. Caters for all tastes . Staff in the restaurant work so hard and are very friendly. Stayed all inclusive. Room was adequate but for what I wanted I have no complaints. Cleaned everyday. Location may not be ideal for elderly people as it is up one steep hill. Staff friendly and helpful. Had a fantastic stay and when I return will not hesitate to book this hotel once again. Thank you for a great holiday 🥳 Also I got this at a bargain price that was totally worth every penny

Room - lived up to expectations as seen in photos, decor could do with a refresh but - glad there was heater in bathroom to dry swimwear given there’s no balcony, bed were comfy and ideal for our family Food - only 1 night out of four the food wasn’t the greatest however there was still options, in the whole the food was very fresh and was tasty went for seconds on a few occasions. Snack bar is what you need for a snack bar Drinks - drinks were as you’d expect for an all inclusive however there is a 2 alcoholic drinks per person rule which I can understand to help with alcohol consumption however I faced challenge when trying to get a non alcoholic drink alongside the two alcoholic drinks (we had a toddler with us) - the sings clearly state 2 alcohol so the fight back was not needed Entertainment - really big special mention to Cameron who made the entertainment for us he was outstanding at his job and made us feel very welcoming. Only downside was a lot of the live singers only sang in Spanish - given there’s was a high number of brits this wasn’t ideal as it didn’t feel inclusive Overall it was a great hotel and we would come back but I reckon there could be some changes that would improve the overall experience as it felt that the staff catered more towards locals

“Birthday trip with my son”
Special mention to Maria belen at the games room who has been excellent 👌 very gentle and such patience with my 5 year old. Chema the magician also deserves a special mention too , very engaging and good and interactive with kids and just an overall fun. Thanks for the experience.
