What an amazing hotel staff so friendly. Especially the lady who worked by the pool could not do enough for us . People have complained about the food but with it being a very Spanish hotel don’t expect British fry ups if you want that take a 10 minute walk down to the beach- it is perfectly locate… more

What an amazing hotel staff so friendly. Especially the lady who worked by the pool could not do enough for us . People have complained about the food but with it being a very Spanish hotel don’t expect British fry ups if you want that take a 10 minute walk down to the beach- it is perfectly located to take a stroll into the old town . There was plenty of room by the pool . We are already looking at booking next September and hopefully we will get a pool view this time. Overall we had an amazing time in this beautiful hotel

“Brilliant hotel ”

Just back from staying here , no complaints at all , spotless clean , room cleaned and fresh towels daily , staff all so friendly , pool bar fantastic staff cleaning around the pool all day low background music been played at the pool could be a bit higher , jacuzzi in the main pool , kids pool ha… more

Just back from staying here , no complaints at all , spotless clean , room cleaned and fresh towels daily , staff all so friendly , pool bar fantastic staff cleaning around the pool all day low background music been played at the pool could be a bit higher , jacuzzi in the main pool , kids pool half open in the sun other half shaded brilliant for little kids or adults hiding out from the sun plenty of sun beds and table and chairs around the pool , room had hair dryer in the bathroom , powerful shower comfy beds with 2 pillows on each , games room and nightly music in the bar , food at the pool bar pizza and toasties where lovely as for the restaurant I did not eat there so I can't comment what it's like , literally can't fault this property , taxi into cafe benidorm costs between 6 and 8 euro each way , great big supermarket next door plus domino's pizza and mc Donald's 30 seconds away , we will defo be back and bringing the kids total family friendly hotel and other guests when we where there were from alot of countries but that wasn't a problem for us

A lovely hotel with special staff.. Room was spotless & well looked after.l found the meals to be good at breakfast & dinner. Hotel entertainment was really for Spanish guests of an older age.l had two dislikes the bar caterd for older guests purchasing hot drinks taking forever(should be kept separate). from alcohol * soft drinks very annoying best going to an outside bar of which Benidorm has plenty. One other thing yo don't see the sun around the pool until mid afternoon. Due to other skyscraper hotels. Go to the beach mid afternoon I give 5 out of 6 as there was lots of positives. would l go again yes. . Well situated.

The hotel is "Spanish"...in that most of the guests are Spanish, three generational families. Pool adequate...great for kids...all well behaved while having fun. The hotel is "Spanish"...in that most of the guests are Spanish, three generational families. Pool adequate...great for kids...all well behaved while having fun. Absolutely no "body shaming" which is lovely..."This is me"....all shapes and sizes. Brilliant. Couples, families, but no "Stag" stuff. A lovely atmosphere. In the evenings, older local ladies came round to play cards, and older gentlemen came to play dominoes. Evening entertainment, when we were there, was Spanish... crooners, and even staff singing in their "off " time. Staff absolutely friendly and very hard working...never at rest. Very clean. Food hopeless....what with all the brilliant cheese and cold meats that Spain has to offer...the plastic cheese slices and pink processed cold meats at breakfast were so disappointing. However, if you're into your carbs, plenty of bread, pastry, biscuits. Avoid the coffee in the restaurant...the coffee down in the bar is so much better.............Bus No 1 or 2 gets you down to the "Brit" strip along the beach. 1 Euro 60 cents...Or a 20 min walk downhill....harder coming back. The "strip " links in to the Old Town which has a lovely evening atmosphere. ...just use your google map. The Italian restaurants, like Pinnocchio, or Manila, on the strip, are grand. (We are not fish and chips, burgers, etc. fans)..but these serve fine Italian and Spanish food.
