Had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The food was lovely, plenty of choice for half board. Hotel was immaculate, clean. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed in rooms 605, 627 and 628. Our maid was so pleasant and friendly , lovely lady, room cleaned everyday, clean bedding and plenty of clean towels. A family on our floor had trouble with one another but security and police soon sorted them without too much fuss. Would highly recommend. Hopefully will be bk next Yr. X

“Fantastic 3* hotel in Benidorm”

This as to be one of the best 3* hotels on the island, the staff are amazing, the food is brilliant, so much choice for every meal, the rooms are a little on the small side, but you don't live in your room. This as to be one of the best 3* hotels on the island, the staff are amazing, the food is brilliant, so much choice for every meal, the rooms are a little on the small side, but you don't live in your room. The outside pool area is great, this hotel as a relaxing, peaceful vibe, i have stayed here several times and will continue to do so. For me, there is nothing that i don't like about this hotel.

The food was so good, great choice. Had a Chef cooking specials every night, the staff in restaurant were so friendly always helpful. The sleep quality was very good no noise even though we faced the street instead of pool. The reception staff were excellent you get a free towel for the pool every day. The pool area was fantastic lots of room and plenty of sun beds.

We stayed for the first time at this Hotel in early October for two weeks, so I will try to give an honest personal opinion of our stay. Firstly the hotel is great, I genuinely don’t understand the negative comments, I’d have absolutely no hesitation in booking this hotel again, all the staff from Reception, Dining Room,Bar and Cleaners are so nice and really helpful, admittedly the rooms are small, we were shocked when we first opened the door, but honestly we very soon got use to that, by the next night we didn’t even discuss it .. it was fine ... we didn’t really spend a great deal of time in it anyway. The cleaners are in every day, work really hard, bed comfort was ok for me .. I often slept in ... 😂.. there were no noise issues in our room .... we were poolside .. our friends weren’t but the rooms were identical, the shower is a walk in type and was excellent, the room is dated but entirely functional, extra pillows, blankets, air con, fridge, safe, telly, hair dryer, though my wife brings her own, unfortunately no kettle or coffee machine. The pool is good, a deep and a shallow end, a lifeguard is in attendance every day, plenty of room and sun beds around the pool and I mean plenty, absolutely no need to get up early to reserve beds, sometimes we’d go down in the afternoon and there was never a problem, but we did still see people in the morning queueing by the doors for a bed 😂🤣 There is nothing wrong with the food, I never ever went hungry and I am a fussy eater, the dining staff are brilliant even when some of the clients were challenging they kept their cool, we seemed to get the same waiters/waitresses probably because of the area we sat down in, we had excellent service, I’m sure all the other staff were the same. The hotel itself is in a very good area, as it’s just near enough for all the activity of the strip, the shows etc. Can’t really think of anything else, we had a great two weeks so thanks, we obviously didn’t meet everyone, but for the people we did meet.. like Raquel Jose and Christian on reception.. Florin, Jose Maria and Letty .. and anyone I’ve forgotten the name of .. thanks for all your help ❤️ Some tips : Bring a kettle .. mug and tea bags Use the Consum Supermarket behind the hotel for any extras you need, water etc .. anything really .. best value Draught Guinness off the pump €3.60 at the Philippines Bar under The Presidente Hotel and numerous free acts 👍 Best Tip .. Enjoy your holiday.. we certainly did 😂
