Honestly, I don’t know how anyone can not fall in love with this hotel! From the moment we arrived we were so impressed by how lovely this hotel is! The staff are wonderful, the place is absolutely immaculate, the food options are gorgeous, the views from our sea view room were breathtaking… it’s absolutely beautiful here and I can’t fault a single thing!

Cannot think of anything bad about this hotel. I travelled with a friend the room was spotless, clean towels everyday and fantastic views from our room on the 10th floor. Reception was lovely and the staff all friendly and let us keep our room for free on our day of departure when my friend was ill. The pool area was just perfect, plenty of sun loungers and a lovely poolside bar that did amazing cocktails. The bar staff were lovely friendly ola every morning. Now onto the food which was exceptional, breakfast especially was good in the show cooking area on a morning the chef did fried eggs, poached eggs if requested. Plenty of choice for everyone fruits,pastries,cereals, sausages,beans, amazing and something for everyone. Dinner was great too lots of choice. We absolutely loved our week's stay here in a quieter part of benidorm but if you want a good night out taxi's were reasonable into the old town or strip. Thank you torre dorada staff for a lovely week.

I traveled with my 7yr old grandson for his first overseas holiday. The hotel experience was wonderful from arrival to departure. We arrived late evening, Rosi on reception was lovely she took our names and passports locked our luggage away and sent us to get dinner before the end of service. We booked full board and enjoyed every meal, there was such a lot of choice, well presented in a spotlessly clean restaurant with professional staff who were helpful and friendly, my grandson loved Enriquez looking for him every visit. All reception staff were professional, pleasant and helpful. Rooms were comfortable with large balcony, air con, safety deposit box, fridge, walk in shower, comfortable beds and lots of drawer and wardrobe space. We took our own kettle after reading previous reviews. Well maintained communal areas, pool area with plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas, a lifeguard and a small play area Isaac spent hours in the pool but the water was too cold for a softie like me. The hotel is on a hill which affords fabulous views and once you’ve checked in you have access to use the lift which takes you from the pool area down to the road at the bottom of the hill. The beach is a short stroll away or can be accessed by steps if you turn right outside reception. We will definitely stay here again in a bigger family group next year.

Lovely stay at the Torre Dorada for 5 nights with my friend and her little one. Arrived around 12:30pm and checked in straight away. Room was clean and spacious with a mini fridge, TV with English channels (incase you are interested), free safe, good bathroom (ours had a walk-in shower), a full length mirror and another above the dressing table, lots of sockets. The balcony for a family room was also of a good size. I brought my own kettle! I liked the fact that the hotel only has 13 floors - it didn’t feel too big. The hotel has at least 5 lifts too so this was never a problem. Pool is fantastic, a large, rectangular pool perfect for swimming in. There is a small pool for very young children, although most used the main pool with swimming aids/adult supervision. The play area was a huge hit with the children too. Huge plus, loads of sunbeds available all day - I was pleasantly surprised for the last week of August. I commented that there weren’t so many English guests, which was actually nice, more Spanish and Portuguese. The hotel explained that they had had many English guests earlier in the main season. We stayed half board - couldn’t fault the breakfast, and the evening meals were ok too. We had Roast Beef on the Sunday! Spaghetti Bolognaise may be something that would go down well too. (One small point that would improve the dining experience is if the hotel group were to consider replacing the blue tables in the restaurant with something more neutral and stylish, should they invest in updating this area in the future). We ordered pizzas at the pool bar when we arrived - these were really tasty…especially after travelling since the early hours. Location wise… you need to drag your suitcases up an incline to start with, but it was worth it! We walked down to Cala Finestrat (left at the yellow postbox), or go 100 yards or so to the right at the end of the road to the bus-stop. Catch the number 2 or the 3 to Old Town Benidorm for €1.60 (pay cash to the driver and they give you change). Cafe Heat opposite the bus-stop is a good shout. Or you can turn right out of the hotel reception and shortly after the car park you’ll find some steps down to the beautiful Poniente Beach. Enjoy:)
