Great hotel, was clean throughout, rooms had all you needed. Friendly & welcoming This is a well deserved 3 star hotel. Just returning after a few days break mid June. Its a fairly quiet relaxed hotel, the craziness is outside the hotel with a short walk to the Strip, beach and if feeling energetic a stroll along the beach to old town. Location I think is perfect for all. Gives a good base. I can't really comment on hotel entertainment as out every night. I don't recall seeing lots going on though. We were leaving very early and they even provided a cold breakfast for us at 5am opening the restaurant- thankyou. I would definitely return.

The hotel is in an ideal place beach is very close and only a short walk away from the bars and strip ... The hotel is spotless and food plentiful .. there was loads of choice for all meals.. something for everyone... There was a lounge area where they had turns every night .. nice pool and plent... more

The hotel is in an ideal place beach is very close and only a short walk away from the bars and strip ... The hotel is spotless and food plentiful .. there was loads of choice for all meals.. something for everyone... There was a lounge area where they had turns every night .. nice pool and plenty of sunbeds .. overall very enjoyable holiday would definitely go back

“a super clean hotel with friendly smiley staff”

This 3 star hotel exceeded my expectations, The whole Hotel was super clean. In the simply furnished but quite spacious bedroom the sheets and towels were snow white and lovely and soft, the pillows were soft, comfortable and also super clean, floors and all surfaces were cleaned daily and balcony & rail were also clean no finger marks etc. The room has effective air con and good black out curtains, hanging space and drawer and shelf options for clothes. also a mini fridge but no kettle, it has a free safe. The dining room is a practical area with buffet style dining, the food is presented attractively, its replenished speedily and gives confidence of good food hygiene practice. There was plenty of choice of food with hot and cold & freshly cooked options,. The waiting on staff worked extremely hard to ensure the tables were cleared quickly and yet despite their busy workload the staff always took time to say hello and smile. Reception staff were all helpful and smiley. A negative that i found about the hotel was noise, the hotel has tiled floors so chairs scraping and wheely suitcases seemed to echo through the walls, the plumbing from other rooms was audible as were neighbouring guests voices and of course this hotel has not escaped the curse of the bedroom doors slamming at all hours of the day and night due to either arrival and departure or just plain inconsiderate guests (so for me ear plugs were essential) The hotel is a 5 min walk down hill to the promenade, bus stops, shops, bars & cafes. This Hotel gives good value for money.

“40th wedding anniversary trip”

Lovely hotel but definitely up a hill not an incline! Spoke to a few people around the same age as us (59f, 61m with mobility issues) and they all said they wouldn’t have booked had they known the hill was so steep. Lovely hotel but definitely up a hill not an incline! Spoke to a few people around the same age as us (59f, 61m with mobility issues) and they all said they wouldn’t have booked had they known the hill was so steep. We had to get taxis back when we’d been out as my husband couldn’t manage the hill. We were bed and breakfast and the quality of the food was really good, however it was not very hot and varied from lukewarm to actually cold. Pool area was very nice with plenty of beds tables chairs and brollies. Bar area lovely with the comfiest chairs ever! Staff were all lovely. Room nice and big and spotless, good sized bathroom but the balcony is very small. No kettle, we took our own but a little fridge ideal for drinks/milk if you need it. Only 2 lifts but as a small hotel didn’t wait long at all. First time staying in a servigroup hotel and would definitely book the same group just not the same hotel.
