This is a lovely hotel and I would not hesitate to rate it with 5 stars, however they were a couple of little things. The aircon in the room was ineffective and just not cold enough for us. The dinner offering was not great, I don't want a stew and Brussels sprouts when I'm on holiday. We managed to get something but we felt the choices were heavy with not a big selection. We could see that it would suit an older demographic. However for the price we paid the value for money was amazing. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold and was much better than dinner. We did not stay for the entertainment as it was singers and just not our style, however, it looked like it suited other guests. The hotel is absolutely spotless, the cleanest hotel I've ever been to, you could tell as you walked through the front door that it was too a very high standard. The staff are constantly polishing and sweeping up outside, it's really a credit to them. The staff were amazing and all the other facilities and the location were great. It was very quiet, lots of beds and umbrellas, no children running about and excellent music around the pool. The pool was refreshing, and the rear patio area really benefited from long periods of sunshine except an hour in the afternoon when it went behind a neighbouring building, but to be honest that was a good bit of relief. Overall wonderful stay and we will be back.

Stayed here on our first trip to Benidorm. What a great hotel, staff are all lovely and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean, even the corners, and my feet didn't get dirty when walking across the balcony. Bathroom was clean and tidy and the walk in shower was great. The room has lots of storage, a free mini fridge and free safe. Best of all are the electric blinds which really helped to keep the room cool. (There is air con too). We had a room on 10th floor overlooking the pool, which got the sun in the evening. The pool area was good with no rush for sunbeds, and plenty to be had. The pool bar is great with reasonably priced drinks €3.50 for a large glass of the best sangria in Benidorm which they make from scratch. All cocktails are made as they go , no big buckets of pre made cocktails. The champagne cocktails are rather lethal. We took a bottle of wine to the room and it was only around €12 for the bottle. The restaurant is a strange little restaurant, and not quite what I would expect for a four star hotel. On the first night I felt way overdressed in a flowery sundress, so no dress code at all, especially for the men, some in pool shorts and vest. The food in the evening could be a bit hit and miss, but there was always something that I liked to eat, the chef on the grill did steak, chicken fillets, pork fillet various fish. The Sunday dinner was not quite to my personal liking (there were liver and onions and Yorkshire puddings) but I tried the pasta on the serve yourself bit and it was lovely. A lot of people were complaining (to each other) about the food, and just ate chips, but really there was no need to just eat chips, there was plenty selection. The breakfasts were great and laid back, not opening til 8am. They have "English" bacon which the chef cooked to order, lots of sausage, usual array of eggs, as well as a continental selection. They even have cava and fresh orange at breakfast. Outside the hotel to the right are two small cafe/bars which were very popular with locals and tourists alike. Overall this is a fantastic hotel in a quiet area, with an older age group so not full of Stags although there were two hen parties while we were there. We didn't enjoy Benidorm itself so not sure if we will go back and if we didn't have to endure the stags and hens on the flight over I would come back to this hotel many times over.

What a wonderful friendly hotel first time there but certainly won’t be the last , amazing staff throughout the hotel, cannot fault anything, we would like to thank Jackie, Maria , Daniel and Jorge for all their help and advice , when my brother had to be hospitalised and had to have operation and will not forget how caring they all were , would highly recommend this hotel as we have been in many hotel’s in Benidorm, but this is simply the BEST!!!
