Me and 2 friends stayed at this hotel for a week and our main complaint was the food. 2 of us are vegetarians and basically lived off of chips and limp salad at dinner for the week as everything seemed to have meat in. Not that we would know because almost all of the food wasn’t labelled at all or labelled incorrectly not saying what each dish at the buffet was and then almost nothing had vegetarian labels on. For example having to look through the potato salad to see there was meat in it. In general the food was also cold and not enough of it for the number of people staying at the hotel. Even simple things like the salad bar was just lettuce, cucumber and tomato basically. We expected A lot more considering we’ve stayed at lower cost hotels with much much better food. We are not the type to complain but the buffet was so dire it is worth mentioning. The rest of the hotel was pretty much fine although we did have to ask for toilet rolls when the maids didn’t come for a couple of days. We also spent every day at the beach because for a hotel with hundreds of rooms we guessed there was about 100 sunbeds round the pool and not a lot of room. Slightly defeated the point of an all inclusive that the only thing we did at the hotel was sleep seeing as we didn’t want to eat the food and couldn’t use the pool. The hotel has a good location so I wouldn’t say I wouldn’t recommend it but we definitely won’t be going back.

“Ok but not great!”

We arrived late at night and receptionist was helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean although did have to ask for towels and toilet roll. The problems were in the public areas. We were half board and it always felt like an inconvenience to serve us as we had to pay for drinks. Twic... more

We arrived late at night and receptionist was helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean although did have to ask for towels and toilet roll. The problems were in the public areas. We were half board and it always felt like an inconvenience to serve us as we had to pay for drinks. Twice I was asked to stand to the side while they served the all inclusive guests first and I only wanted 2 drinks. The restaurant was very busy. You queued to get in and queued again to get food. Trying to get through to the lifts was a problem due to number of people in the area at lunchtime. The public toilets were not good. Neither the pool nor restaurant toilets ever had paper or soap in them. Young lady on reception one evening was rude and dismissive basically it wasn’t her problem. Entertainment staff were great and bar staff generally friendly. I wouldn’t return though.

We were all Inclusive 10 nights. Had an average experience. We've been to many holidays / hotels but this is the first one who actually asked us to pay extra to change the pool towels ( if not paying, you stay with the same towels for 10 days). The deserts were almost the same every night, for 10 nights. The menu itself did not change much. The beverages for all inclusive differ to the ones you want to buy ( the bottle of coke is smaller, the bottle of water...). You cannot get a bottle of water until 9 pm ????? We had to go out and buy bottles during the day (even if we had all inclusive). Also, the disco/ evening music is held outside, next to the pool and is extra loud until 11pm. On our last night it was until 1pm , volume to the max - so really do not go if you have babies. Other hotels move all their entertainment inside from 9-10 pm, which is what everyone should do. The staff feel overwhelmed, there are not enough people in the restaurant. They frown and seem unhappy. Seriously, so many improvements needed.... On the positive side, the pools are nice. For different ages... There are a few activities during the day but they need to advertise it better...
