David the 1 man animation is brilliant at his job,gets everyone joining in without being pushy I enjoyed the games and the banter very much.He is a credit to the hotel.Hotel food first class,rooms also.Bar staff Olney and guierrmo,can't remember the other names very amicable

I had to travel on my own due to husband taking ill.let me assure anyone thinking of going solo,that this hotel made me feel SAFE.Everything was fantastic from reception staff who even got in for me alcohol free gin,restaurant bar staff.Food was best I have eaten out of the many 4 star hotels I have been to.so much so that I have booked again for July.cannot fault anything,staff are so helpful in every department

The hotel is in a great location, quiet for Benidorm, so that you can get some quality sleep. There are no large groups allowed in the hotel, so it consisted mainly of mature couples and very small mature groups (2-3). The place is spotless, the room is given a thorough clean daily and all around the hotel and pool area is very clean. The rooms are nice, we had a balcony overlooking the road but as I say it was quiet, you get the sun in the afternoon at the pool end of the hotel so best to ask for one of these rooms if you like afternoon/early evening sun on your balcony. All of the staff are very attentive and couldn't be more helpful. It was wonderful to have an adult only hotel, no screaming kids in sight! We were half board and I have to say the breakfasts were lovely, lots of choice, I opted for an omelette most days (freshly made to order) and it was great. There was a good choice of breads, cereals (including porridge) and pastries/cakes, as well as fruit and cheese and meat. The evening meals were okay, I have had better but have had worse too. It never felt overcrowded in the restaurant but I feel that the large meat selection catered more for my partner than myself. There was fish on each day though. Nothing was ever hot and I got used to eating cold/warm food. If you get anything from the 'show' area on the grills, make sure it is cooked properly - on the first night, I got a chicken kebab which was cold and pink and another night had raw seabass. It did get better as the week progressed, perhaps it was a new member of staff learning how to cook or a grill that hadn't been working properly! All in all though, it was a lovely hotel to stay in.

Loved this hotel near old town.rooms very clean. lovely pool area food very good .my only moan and a.small one is the bar prices not overly expensive but it seemed every time we went we paid a different price for same drinks now if your paying for drinks I'd expect the branded spirits this wasn't always the case I did point this out to the bartender but just got a shrug.but saying this would definitely stay here again lovely small hotel xxxxx
