I found the hotel very accommodating for my family and me. we were a party of five and for the 6days we spent there was very happy the service we received. from reception staff house keeping and the bar staff were very friendly and welcoming. Having my daughter , son in-law and 2 grand children found plenty to do for the 2 grand children and adults. this was a trip in memory of my late wife who loved enjoying her holidays in Benidorm with the family. This hotel and Benidorm has left me and my family with lasting happy and fond memories of our trip.

“Amazing”

First time at RH hotel and wont be the last. Everything was excellent. Location great as just short stroll into Old Town and Levante and Poniente just another few minutes walk. Hotel was spotless. First time at RH hotel and wont be the last. Everything was excellent. Location great as just short stroll into Old Town and Levante and Poniente just another few minutes walk. Hotel was spotless. Reception staff excellent , remember to pay 10 euro deposit for safe key as they probably wont ask you on arrival. Lifts were fine. We had a lovely spacious room with sea and island views , plenty of storage , lovely bathroom with hairdryer and fantastic shower. Maid service and new towels every day. All-inclusive offering was superb with plenty of variety and lovely water and wine. Something for everyone , for us it was the roast meats , paellas , soups and fish , but plenty of good chips / pizza / pasta if thats your thing. Pool and surroundings lovely , snack- van running at certain hours , bar excellent with great beers and cocktails , tea also very good , we wanted for nothing , all staff were beyond helpful and very friendly and efficient. VFM was exceptional. Will definitely return.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We have just returned and I honestly would struggle to find fault with anything. The hotel is not too far from the Old Town and the beach. It is set back but this means it is quieter and away from a lot of the bustle and chaos many associate with Benidorm. Everything is easily reachable on foot if you are mobile. We were assisted by reception to arrange a mobility scooter for our stay as I have some issues with walking. The scooters can be parked in the secure parking area of the hotel and there are many charging points available. The reception staff were helpful and friendly with every interaction. You are given a band as usual for all inclusive, but you still need to present your room card to order drinks and at the restaurant. The bar team in the lobby bar were exemplary; they always had a smile on their faces and a little joke for you, and there was never too much of a wait for that drink in your hand. There was an emergency with one of the guests during our stay but this was dealt with by the bar team with such calmness and professionalism that those who arrived to the bar even shortly afterwards would not have known there had been any problem. It was a really impressive example of how the staff of this hotel has your safety and wellbeing as a priority; something you don’t really think about on holiday but something which is really reassuring. Drinks on the silver AI package are all tasty and alcohol didn’t seem to be watered down as can be the case for “National” versions of drinks in some hotels. Although you can upgrade for €8 a day to the gold package (named brand spirits, beers, some cocktails etc) we found this not to be needed. You do get a 70% discount as a silver banded person if you would like to try any of the chargeable items. Snacks such as crisps, toasties, hot dogs are also available at the lobby bar. The main restaurant has some of the best food I have eaten at an all inclusive hotel. Always lots of choice and the hot food always hot and kept fresh. The drinks in the main restaurant are table service, but we never had much of a wait to get a drink. This restaurant is down a set of stairs but also accessible via all lifts. The room was kept very clean, and the beds in our room were very comfortable. We had an accessible room so this included a wet room type shower. I did almost flood the bathroom on the first day by having the shower on full but when we worked out the correct position for the control this resolved the issue (and the shower pressure was still great and hot). As some have said, water in the mini bar is chargeable (at least with the silver package) but you get a bottle of water on arrival and can ask for small bottles of water at the lobby bar free of charge. The spa area is chargeable if you wish to use the sauna and steam room. I can’t comment on these as we didn’t use them but I believe the cost is €7 for two hours. You can use both indoor heated swimming pools (one of which includes a jacuzzi, the other is set up for lane swimming) for one hour per day, but ensure to pack your own swimming cap and flip flops as you will need to purchase these before entry otherwise and the flip flops you can buy there are not ones you can reuse more than a few times. We didn’t use the outdoor pool or spa but it looked to be quite cold from others’ reactions, the area does get sun more towards lunchtime/afternoon due to shade from surrounding buildings. The area is well kept with a little pool cleaner robot at night time! All areas kept very clean by the hardworking staff. Some have mentioned the lifts, there are 6 and there can be a bit of a wait but I would say if stairs are an issue for you request a low floor. This hotel is up an incline, off the main road. You will have to walk around 3 - 5 minutes. Stairs are also the only way to access the main pool to my knowledge. I do have mobility issues and did not find any of this to be much of a problem but those needing aids may. We would definitely return.

Pro's - Staff - every single staff member we came in contact with was smiley, friendly and helpful. I couldn't say one bad thing about the staff. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day. The food was tasty and hot. It was kind of repetitive (especially for me as a vegetarian) but it is to be expected from an all inclusive hotel and there was always something I could eat which i enjoyed. The pools were great (cold!) but my daughter was in there every day without fail. We didn't feel the need to upgrade to gold all inclusive, there was plenty of choice on the silver. The food truck outside was great, we had it twice throughout the week. Snacks available at the bar all day were toasties, crisps, nuts, ice cream. The kids club staff were brilliant - we had a few days of bad weather and they were in the bar area entertaining and playing with the children which was fantastic for my 5 year old. Con's - Bed was very hard, gave me back ache. Room was quite small - for 3 of us with not much storage but we managed. Due to the high rise buildings around there is a lot of shade at the pool areas. The coach drops you off a 2-3 minute walk away from the hotel. No issue for me and my daughter. My mum uses a walking stick and although she did slightly struggle to use the stick and pull her suitcase we managed it. (from some of the comments on here i thought we would be walking up a mountain to get there - not the case!!) All in all if i could pick up the hotel and move it to another area I would go back in a heartbeat but I just don't think the area is for me but that is just personal choice! We still had a fantastic week. Also - beware of scammers! A man who pretended to be deaf tried to get me to sign my name on his clipboard (which I did) he then proceeds to ask for money to go towards the charity - I wouldn't give him my daughters 10 Euros which is all i had on me and then he told me to F* off - not deaf and spoke English! (this was away from the hotel but on our last day I saw him coming into the hotel and trying it on people sat outside!)
