“First Time Stay Here, Would Definitely Return.”

Check In - Was so easy. Were Booked in for 5 Nights (Saturday to Thursday) Rooms - We stayed in Room 416 which overlooked the Park/Auditorium. Lovely View with sun on balcony all day from around 11am. The rooms are nice and spacious, which consists of a Large TV only 1 English channel (ITV+1), a Hairdryer, Fridge and a Full sized Mirror. The wardrobe has plenty of coat hangers (Most we've ever had on a holiday). The balcony's are big with a Table and Chairs and a decent sized Clothes Dryer Rail, which is handy. You can also hire a Kettle for 20 Euros and this is given back when returned. Safety Box is chargeable but we did not use. Cleaner came in everyday but only emptied Bins, cleaned the Bathroom Sink and replaced Towels when asked. **NEGATIVES - No Air Conditioning which was a big problem as the rooms were so hot, we ended up having to sleep with the balcony door fully open. Our Beds were also NEVER made in the 5 Days we were there. We made them up! Food - We were Full Board Plus which gives you drinks with your meals, but actually we ate out more, due to the fact its so cheap to eat out. However when we did eat in, the food was Okay, There is something for everyone. The restaurant is only small which was nice as it wasn't like a cattle market at meal times. Breakfast was served - 8am to 10am | Dinner was Served 12.30pm to 2.30pm | Tea was served 7pm to 9pm **NEGATIVES - The coffee machines at breakfast took absolutely ages to work. Cues a mile long for any Hot Drinks! Staff - Are Very Friendly and Speak Good English. There were very helpful when needed. Pool Area - The pool area and bar is really nice, clean and modern but the Pool is mostly in the shade and most people used to bed hop trying to follow the sun. If you wanted a Pool day you only had a few hours in the sun as the Pool area was mostly shaded. The drinks were really nice and reasonably priced. Location - For us it was an Ideal Location. A slight hill nothing major. You have 2 Big Supermarkets 2 mins from Hotel. It only a 15 Min walk into Old town Centre and 20-30 Mins walk to New town (Which we only ventured there on an evening), The hotel is right at the back of the Hospital (if ever needed - Hope you dont). Check out - You have to be out of the room by 11am., But If available, you can keep the room on a late check out for 35 euros, which we did and was so useful as we got collected at 4pm. Full Wi-fi throughout the hotel -They give you the Passcode at Check in. Overall We will definitely come back, This is our 10th time in Benidorm and this is one on the list for returning.

Nice clean hotel. The staff were very helpful especially when we asked to change rooms. The room was pleasant and we overlooked a local park. Nice clean hotel. The staff were very helpful especially when we asked to change rooms. The room was pleasant and we overlooked a local park. We found the walk into town not too bad despite being a bit uphill on the way back.The reason we only gave it 4 out of 5 was the food in the hotel. It was pretty bland and not very hot but eating out is pretty cheap. Breakfast was ok. We would return but maybe only bed and breakfast.

Located next to a lovely park which is a nice stroll to centre, beach, and strip. Staff were pleasant especially bar and restaurant. Lovely welcome on arrival at reception. Room was fine and bathroom nice and clean. Room was cleaned daily. Sunbeds readily available to follow the sun round, as most of afternoon was in the shade on one side. We stayed bed and breakfast 4 nights, but only ate there twice. If was very higledy pigedly. Drinks machines had no spoons located near to remove tea bag. Milk was located near cereals. Table not set with cutlery, but instead these were in a basket on food counter. Just found this not well organised, so by the time I got my cup of tea, then went for milk , then for sugar then cutlery it was messy. Very noisy in dining room also with large groups shouting across to each other.
