I stayed at the Hotel Presidente with my wife for a week at the end of May and we had a great time. It was our first time there and had a junior suite which was a good size and had a large wrap-around balcony. The hotel is in an amazing location, right on the strip! Bed was very comfy and there was no noise from inside or outside so well sound-proofed as it does get pretty noisy in the area. Outside, the pool area is really nice and plenty of bali beds, sun loungers etc, but only one person working at the bar so a little wait for drinks. The Philippines 10 Lounge is first class and have the best acts on every night. We also had discount at the bar, and also a few local bars such as the Western Saloon etc. With the food, there wasn't much show cooking but still a decent selection at lunch and evening meal. We never got to breakfast at all ! It did get a little repetitive, but we usually find this when we go full board! So, a really nice visit and this hotel is probably one of the best in the Benidorm area, it always comes out near the top on many social media surveys ! We'll definitely return...

“Average for 4 star superior ”

Average for a 4 star superior. Rooms clean and tidy, cleaning staff for the rooms were excellent. Cleaning staff for the pool were excellent however the toilets round the pool were dirty and not cleaned regularly. Corridors and lift were far too hot, need air con in them. Average for a 4 star superior. Rooms clean and tidy, cleaning staff for the rooms were excellent. Cleaning staff for the pool were excellent however the toilets round the pool were dirty and not cleaned regularly. Corridors and lift were far too hot, need air con in them. Absolute nightmare trying to get a sunbed. Residents wait from 7.15am until the pool opens at 8.30am to put their towel down and walk away, some go for breakfast and others can be away all day before coming back. Staff don't bat an eyelid. Brings down the tone of the hotel for me. You have to pay for the use of the safe which was a surprise to us when we arrived and had no choice but to pay. Had to pay for the tea / coffee to be topped up in the room. Shocking! Had to pay for all drinks, even water in the restaurant where the price was inflated. We won't be back, far superior hotels elsewhere in Benidorm.

Very clean rooms, cleaned daily you can only get full board in the hotel, if you want tea coffee daily in your tray it's 12 euros , it's 20 euro for your safe-deposit box.worst of all for me was after breakfast,with lunch and dinner you paid for water, everything beverage.we don't drink much so ... more

Very clean rooms, cleaned daily you can only get full board in the hotel, if you want tea coffee daily in your tray it's 12 euros , it's 20 euro for your safe-deposit box.worst of all for me was after breakfast,with lunch and dinner you paid for water, everything beverage.we don't drink much so didn't mind full board,but paying for water with our meals no. .meals were basic and not much selection, had to be quick if u want a sunbed,I mean quick.entertainment was ok.its in a good position,for strip,beach and 25 min walk to old town and market day 5 min walk.we have stayed in better on all inclusive at a cheaper rate. This my view, it's clean ,rooms quiet Very well placed. But not for us .enjoy your stay
