I arrived in Benidorm for the first time with my brother in March 2025 and can hosestly say that this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Saying that, this hotel is not an abundance of elegance nor top of the pyramid high flying standards, but what this hotel does offer from my experience is extremely comfortable rooms all front sea facing with balconies, really friendly staff who spoke very good english and were extremely welcoming and friendly, really nice bar/entertainment area and again the bar staff were really friendly and good english and had chats with us, a well stocked restaurant where we enjoyed wonderful breakfasts (Cava included), lunches (Beer and wine included) and dinners (beer and wine included). We were originally Bed, Breakfast and/or Lunch/Dinner but decided to upgrade to All Inclusive for an extra 240 euros which got us drinks and snacks (Hot Dogs or Cheese & Ham Toasties) at the bar. We were drinking mainly beers & when I got bagged up I asked for a vodka & coke and was surprised to see that I got a very generous glass of Smirnoff Vodka. Duriong the day there is lots of games and activities at the bar to keep you and the kids entertained. Beautiful pool with plenty of loungers and if that is full, the beach is literally a 30 second walk from the hotel across the road. Everything about this hotel and it's location is charming and we are planning already to come back to it next year witht the whole family as there is something for everyone here. We casually walked into the very vibrant new town and took roughly 50 minutes each way and was a lovely walk. I can not praise this hotel enough considering how cheap it was including flights and transfers direct from Glasgow in comparison to going away for a long weekend in the UK and we were there for 10 Nights!! Well worth a punt.

This hotel has been refurbished since we last stayed here almost 25 years ago! All staff, Reception, housekeeping and bar staff were extremely professional friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable, well maintained and very clean. A good tip is that for a small fee you can arrange a late check out until 6 pm if you have a late return home.

“Excellent!!”

Hotel is in a great location in quieter end of Benidorm. All rooms have lovely sea view. Room was cleaned every day and always spotless. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Good selection of food. Would definitely stay here again. Would like to thank all the staff for a great stay.

I've just returned from a weeks stay at the poseidon playa the hotel is very clean and well presented considering the age of the hotel the room was freshed up daily with a change of bedding once in the middle of my stay the towels where changed daily. I was staying half board. The breakfast was one of the better breakfasts I've had in a European hotel, but I would have liked to see omelettes as an option. There were always fresh fried eggs available and einglish sausages, and the coffee was very acceptable. There was a range of bread and fresh fruit and sweet items alongside the cooked options. The evening meals were varied every night. I was very impressed with the food offering. The bar was very fairly priced, and coffee was always available to purchase. The evening entertainment was very spainsh orientated considering the number of British guests at the hotel. The hotel is located in poniente, the surrounding area is a nice quiet corner of benidorm but if you wish to visit the centre of benidorm it was about a 2km walk via the sea front and old town it takes roughly 30 to 40 minutes to walk each way but there is plenty of bars to stop off at on the way. There is building work to the rear of the building to extend the hotel, but I was not made aware of this prior to arrival, but it wasn't too disturbing. But it's best to be prewarned
