“Great experience”
Great experience great service staff excellent pool barman a credit to the company food good a bit noisy at night sometimes but it's benidorm would recommend great stay 2nd time this year I will return well looked after pool. Great reception helpful

“Hotel is amazing, will be visiting again”
Hotel is probably one of the best hotels i’ve visited. This is my third time in benidorm and the staff here by far are amazing, welcoming and friendly. The animation team made me feel comfortable when participating in the game. The food here is up to standard and the drinks are good too (obviously)… more

“Entertainment team”
Absolutely brilliant entertainment, Andrea was fabulous, full of fun, laughter, singing and dance moves. Very polite and friendly staff who go above and beyond for everyone, make you feel very comfortable and try to involve everyone. Thank you for the best experience.

Basic facilities but a lovely hotel which we return to time and again. Relaxed atmosphere, lovely staff with the staff exception of one barman at the lower pool who despite our best efforts to converse with him in simple Spanish, chose to completely ignore us each time and get obsessed over the poi… more

“Ok but could be better”
We went all inclusive however I feel that they are ripping people off as the drinks are so watered down that i never bothered drinking in the hotel after the 1st day. At best the spirits are 50/50 spirit/tap water… I ordered a drink with no mixer and everyone who tasted it couldn’t believe how mean… more
