“Amazing friendly hotel”
This was a lovely hotel from start to finish. The hotel has been modernised recently and the room was clean and fresh. This was a lovely hotel from start to finish. The hotel has been modernised recently and the room was clean and fresh. Bathroom had soap, shampoo, hairdryer and combs and there was a kettle and safe in the main room. People have commented on there not being any cups, this is Spain and most drink coffee out of glasses which are provided. The receptionists were amazing, always a smile and so helpful including ordering taxis to the main strip as its about a 30 minute walk or 15 minutes to old town. Only had breakfasts here but they were really good with plenty of choice. Beach was 10 minutes walk away and stunning with plenty of bars and food places. Only downside was if you were looking for a nice view from your balcony then this isn't the place for you as it's in a residential area. Although because it is in a residential area it's quiet and I felt safe walking about any time of the day. Would definitely stay here again.

“Five Days in Benidorm”
Excellent hotel with very helpful staff. Basic rooms are larger than average. Food selection is also very good.

“Lovely hotel, although not much to do for kids”
I booked a mini break for my mums birthday at Hotel Cuco . The hotel was lovely and clean , and we had been upgraded to a junior suite as they didn’t have 2 rooms for us (tour operator not hotel). I booked a mini break for my mums birthday at Hotel Cuco . The hotel was lovely and clean , and we had been upgraded to a junior suite as they didn’t have 2 rooms for us (tour operator not hotel). I had booked for 3 adults and a baby , and was shocked to find no cot on arrival. When I asked reception they then charged me €6 per night for a cot which was quite strange. The buffet had no food suitable for a young child / baby, so he only ate toast , and I had to go out and buy him McDonald’s for dinner , they did make him nuggets one night which was good of them but he just wouldn’t eat them. The food I found fine, lots of choice , always fish, meat , salad , pasta etc loads of cakes lol The bar staff were lovely and always warmed up his milk for me , but you couldn’t get a cup of tea etc before 8am, as bar was closed. There was a kettle in room but no cups or fridge so couldn’t arrange our own . If I was going for longer I would get cups / tea etc but there is no fridge so can’t keep milk cold. Only play area was aimed at older kids like pool tables etc - which I’m not moaning about I’m just pointing out for others to see. The entertainment in the evening was nice , dancers, singers etc . Baby loved watching everyone up dancing . Pool and pool bar was closed on rooftop but beach was a short walk away and beautiful. All in all I have hotel 4/5 mainly for charging me for a cot and no tea making facilities when I was up in night with the baby lol

“Lads Holiday”
Good hotel, nice that it was away from the more noisier part of Benidorm. Staff very good and friendly, Rooms clean, one little moan. Shower/ bath towels could be bigger

Where to start?? The rooms are ok, a little tired could do with a renovation. Bathrooms aged and again need some TLC. We had all inclusive package….meh! Breakfasts were quite nice and good for getting some protein energy for the day ahead on the amber nectar! Lunch and dinner, skip it unless you like boiled meats and offal (tripe mainly). My advice don’t do “all inc’”. 10 minutes to the beach, great beach and long, loads of restaurants and BARS 👍🏻 and most are really good value. Lots of entertainment in the area. You get what you pay for in Beni.
