We stayed at the Hotel Bristol for 4 nights for a friend's early 30th birthday. There were 4 adults in total. We could not fault the Hotel Bristol, rooms were spacious and spotless. One of our rooms looked out over the swimming pool. The balcony was a decent size with a table and 2 chairs. There is a safe in the room which was free to use, instructions on how to use it was on the front. A wardrobe and 3 drawers for clothes and 3 shelves for clothes etc. Hairdryer in bathroom, walk in shower, huge mirror over sink which was well lit when applying makeup. Tea and coffee making facilities, fridge. The only downside is the paper cups for hot drinks. They are not the best as when hot water in them they become soft and my friend scolded herself whilst making tea. The room was cleaned every day. We paid for breakfast which was fantastic, a huge choice to suit everyone. We could not fault it at all. Hot and cold choices replenished constantly. Breakfast was served between 8am till 10am in the restaurant. We cannot comment on lunch or dinner as we did not use the restaurant for these meals. The bar was great, the staff were very friendly especially Angelica. Drinks are very reasonably priced. Plenty of seats inside and out, we especially loved the courtyard area. I hired a scooter due to breaking my ankle a few weeks before the holiday. There is a room to house it when it is not being used and you are able to charge it for free. The scooter was delivered on our first morning. I had booked this prior with a company called Amigo (found online), communication was good via email. On top of the daily fee there is a 20 euro deposit which you get back on collection. Also paid 7 euros for insurance. The Hotel Bristol is approx 5-10 mins walk to Levante Beach and bars/cafes/shops. The beach is absolutely spotless, sunbeds and parasols 6 euros each to hire, be warned the beach does get busy but you are still able to find empty beds if you are prepared to walk up and down. When you walk out of the Hotel Bristol and turn right there is a huge supermarket a few 100 yards walk. Also if you walk up a little further to the corner and cross at the pedestrian crossing and continue going right the old town bars/restaurants/shops begin. We would definitely recommend it to family and friends and would not hesitate in staying at Hotel Bristol again.

Have been to Bristol before with no complaints, this time we opted for a junior suite. The room had it's own living room with a tv sofa and chairs, a free mini bar which was replenished each day, coffee and tea facilities also, there was free body lotion to help with the sun burn, because we booked via the hotel for 7 nights, we got a free voucher for the benidorm palace to watch an excellent show. The junior suite has access to a semi private small pool with about 14 loungers, the week we stayed it was like our own little private oasis. We stayed bed and breakfast, there was plenty of good quality British and continental foods. A little bonus, got a 10% for our next visit, hopefully in October.

The hotel itself is a beautiful, really modern and stylish, just like the photos shown. The location of the hotel is closer to old town Benidorm then the new part containing all the bars and tribute acts this was about 20/30 min walk which doesn't seem a lot but every night became tiring with the heat. Although it made the hotel surroundings very quiet which was lovely. The staff were lovely and polite however, struggled with understanding English seemed a hotel catered to mainly Spanish guests. There entertainment wasn't the best mainly Spanish so we had to look else where. The room itself was average size, balcony quite small, however the air con best I've had since starting going abroad. Once you get it at the right temperature between hot and cold your fine, even though it took me and my partner a little longer than expected few cold nights but better than sweating right! The pool was smaller than it seemed on photos, I personally thought. However it was never really overcrowded. Unfortnatley, the problem lied within the amount of sunbeds. There simply was enough to cater for all guest staying there. Breakfast was 8-10am and you couldn't get a sunbed until 10 which I thought was kind of late. If you wanted a sunbed you had to queue at 9:15am. There is about 12 beds on the sunroof with a shower but this became too hot. The food, I thought lacked a lot. This was mainly Spanish dishes so if that's what you're going for than its perfect. However, if you're a little fussy like me its not the best English selection or for children. Overall, even though its a beautiful hotel me and my family wouldn't stay here again too far away from entertainment and food was poor.
